Young and living diffuser
Korang aku nk minta pendapat or pandangan, sapa dah ada or mmg pakai eo ni, berkesan and elok tak? Or ada opt lain yg lebih bagus? So far tak try lagi sebab nampak overpriced sangat untuk diffuser and EO. Macam ramai yang jual lately. Kat rumah guna diffuser brand Deerma and EO beli dari iHerb, make sure pure oil, so far okay untuk bantu tidur. Kena faham fungsi EO jugak. Itulah, sbb dari segi harga mmg agak pricey, ada jugak tgok diffuser dari muji, deerma tu, kalau performance sama dngan yl better amik yg lebih economy. Brand Young n living overpriced, maklumlah MLM...I mmg pengguna tegar essential oil sejak 2015, now pakai brand il puro... local owner, kind lady... cheaper, and i suka this brand compared to eo ynl, sbb lavender dia mmg imported dari provence france, compared to young living, lavender farming dia kat US... frankincense, thieves, stress away, geranium, myrrh sume i beli brand il puro ni
Lagi satu, EO kat watson pun ada jual, australian brand.. so i just buy tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil from here... a lot cheaper and australia mmg terkenal dgn both oil ni.... iols pun baru terjebak dgn YLEO. tulah pricey kan harga dia. Dulu trend...

U kena tengok size bilik u besar mana and baru lah beli diffuser yang sesuai... i beli brand muji je, taruk master bedroom... been using it for YEARS :D
I suka eucalyptus oil lately sbb ia melegakan pernafasan... none of my family members ada asthma or apa2, tp i just love the pleasant smell...
I mmg campur frankincense, geranium, myrhh, lavender dalam massage oil, moisturizing oil for hair and body... sbb bau dia best, my extra light olive oil berbau wangi, i just beli yang utk masak2 tu je...
Then i also consume extra virgin coconut oil, dicampur frankincense... FYI, frankincense ni HOJARI LUBAN ya... makanan sunnah.... imam syafie pun mengamalkan pemakanan luban ni utk meningkatkan daya ingatan dan hafazan... frankincense ni ada unsur anti-inflamatory..

I pakai sbb suka bau refreshing dia je.... peppermint utk relieve migraine, eucalyptus utk respiration...
Kalo demam2 anak2 kecik tu sapu kat tapak kaki thieves, cepat turun suhu dia, less kebergantungan pada ubat bontot, especially lepas cucuk vaksin....
Frankincense tu mmg i makan, sbb dia fight free radicals, anti-carcinogenic....
