MARI KURUSKAN BADAN BERAMAI-RAMAI !( ATKINS DIET)

Hai!
jom sapa2 nak joint hani kuruskan badan.kalau ramai2 joint lagi best. at least ada motivasi & boleh kongsi menu2 yg digunakan.

actually hani ada baca beauty archive, tittle Serious Nak Kurus - Author : peona( recommended by Intan Adlina ).best tajuk tu tp maklumla hani baru joint CARI ni pertengahan 2004. so dah ketinggalan la.

mungkin ramai yg dah menjenguk ruangan tuh coz hani tengok last post by ahysa tu pun desember 04. Kalau boleh la experties2yg dah berjaya dgn diet ATKIN ni beritunjuk ajar kat kami2 yg baru nak diet ni spt ICE_Q, AHYSA dll. kalau kak peona tu ada lagi best. dengar kata dia dah lama ilang ye ke ?

Tempoh Program ni 2 bulan. Stat ari ni.Semua yg nak joint kena selalu bagi info kat sini esp berat asal, berat lepas 1 minggu, 2 minggu dan seterusnya.menu apa yg dimakan sepanjang minggu ... dengan cara ni kita sama2 boleh fight ! baru semangat sikit !!

I want to give a try of this diet since it cost me nothing and the result is almost guaranteed (i guess). I believe lepas2 dah ada this topic but i wud appreciate 4 those yg tgh ON to give each other motivation :ah::ah:

As 4 me, i hope am able to do it moderately coz whatever we do we've to do it well balanced rite. Atkins itself ada pro & con.... Tanak la makan meat byk2 nnt kena heart attack lor...maybe carbs fr cereal yg sikit2 tu blh consume jgk kan! I dunno...dats Y i need infos fr u guys.

dinasihatkan x terai... kalo u dah biasa dr kecik dah dibesarkan ngan makanan mat salleh xper.. sbb potensi 4 u to drop sbb xtahan & atkin not for long term as risk utk dapat sakit jantung & high cholesterol tuh teramat2 ler besar.

Y u need carb? actually it is for energy & can sustain hunger lagi lama dr protien. so nasi or roti still the best.. not salad...

just remember.. no short cut to look good & feel good..

semua zat ptg tuk badan.. klu tak x bermaya je diri kita.

from what i read, bila badan kita low carbohydrate, the first thing that body will burn utk dptkan tenaga ada protein. Lemak takkan dibakar melainkan melalui Cardio activities.

so, lakukan senaman 3 kali seminggu, 20 minit setiap kali!

Chill..it is not a fiction..i've been through it..

Ice pernah hilang..10kg dgn kurangkan portion nasi dr sepinggan menjadi separuh pinggan (ambil masa yg lama..setahun), lebih kurang 7kg dgn pil Duromine (ambik masa 2 minggu) and 11kg dgn high protein sahaja..not exactly atkins sbb bukan ambik 20g carbs for the first 2 weeks but i customized ikut tekak ice (ambil masa 2-4 months..tak perasan exact duration). Tapi like all diet, once buat..kena buat alwiz..kalau tidak of course berat naik semula. ( This also happened to me)

Ikutkan argument & pengalaman patientnya, Dr. Atkins dalam bukunya Arkins Diet ni berupaya menurunkan kadar bad cholestrol...Dia jugak ada bincangkan protection utk jantung dlm his book..So read about it lah..bukunya pun murah jer..dlm 33 ringgit..Ada banyak scientific explanation ttg metabolism, how protein keeps us lean, kencing manis, etc. I do not come from a medical background, jadi ice baca aja..Nak percaya 100% tu tidaklah..nak kata tak percaya pun tak boleh because his book sold for million of copies & beribu..puluh ribu mungkin menjadi pengikut high protein diet nie..

One thing i can assure you..on this diet..you will never get hungry..Yg suka ttg diet ni ialah ia akan menghilangkan puffyness..muka tak kembung, badan tak gelebeh ( boobs maybe jatuh/lembik sket sebab takder muscle kat situ..so slow-slow diet)..dan kenyang makan protein & carbs berbeza. Karbohidat mcm nasik, mee semua tu cepat kenyang & perut rasa sebu and kembung..dan kemudian after a few hours..lapar balik. Protein pulak..makan banyak tak sebu pewot..tak kembung & tahan berjam-jam kenyangnya..Cum a yg susah nak kawal ialah selera..like i'm facing rite now..Perut tak lapar sgt..selera besar so makan jugak nasik setelah beberapa lama.

Protien diet berkemungkinan menaiikan kadar Uric Acid so jgn lupa ambik Vit. E supplements..However...mengikut kata Dr. Atkins, yg mendapat sakit buah pinggang adalah kerana complication dur to existing condition..Like ice kata..jgn percaya 100%, and jgn tak caya 100%..bersederhana..:)

Saya buat Atkins diet selama 2 minggu... saja nak turunkan lagi 2 kg... tgk2 timbang turun 3.5 kg... :)

Pastu dah malas nak buat maintain je berat nak buat a bit of exercise, ikut mood...

So far Alhamdulillah, cuma sy takde le ikut 100% ATkins diet tu, sy masih minum jus buah-buahan tanpa gula (blend sendiri), no ice... (ice minum tu ,bukan mod kita....:ah:), nasi, roti, mee, pastry memang tak sentuh... makan sayur, ikan, ayam... n tak skip meal....

Ambil supplementary juga sebab mula2 tu badan memang rasa letih sikit...

lara enjoy sgt buat atkin diet ni..

first time tu mmg susah..sbb lara jenis makan nasi x tinggal..

bila x dpt makan nasi, + roti..mcm nak marah jer..

tp try jugak buat jugak

jogging setiap pagi 40 minit

ambik sayur ngan telur je...cuma kdg kdg tu ada gak ambik nasi (hehehe x tahan..cuma skit je la)

so far so good..puas hati sgt...

skrang bila dah amalkan..takde la heran sgt nak makan nasi...

x timbang berat lagi..cuma baju tu dah longgar la skit :)

hmmm.. it is up to u all... but actually ape yg ice citer pasal atkins bole menurunkan bad kolesterol tuh agak meragukan pasal these diet membenarkan u all makan banyak protien... so sources of very high protien is protien fr animal cam ayam, daging dan sewaktu ngan dia... these sources actually very low of good cholesterol.

maybe sesapa nak terai tuh cuba surf internet utk cari 'clinical paper'--- yg ada buat kajian @ perbandingan ttg diet2 yg ada di pasaran, bukan sekadar baca buku dr keluaran pengeluar ajer.. sometimes ada baiknyer baca pendapat doktor yg bertauliah...

as for me... atkins mmg bole bjaya utk turunkan berat badan tapi hanya utk short term sahaja.. not for long term. takkan nak kurus dlm masa 5 mths ajer pastu gemuk balik.. buat seksa badan ajer kene sekat tekak pastu gemuk balik

still kalo nak terus sihat dgn berat badan yg ideal.. perkara yg paling utama ialah behavior changes yg perlu u all buat dulu.. not diet nor exercise first..

Yup, i totally agree wit u ice! Buat atkins ni tak lapar & letih lah...Actually my structure jenis senang naik klu tak control. I've tried duramine few years back as well and of course i managed to lose few kgs. But since it wud attack our hormone so tanak lah coz salah satu problem hair loss is also caused by this. Lagi mcm2 side effect in long term such as tak leh conceive and etc.

I've done quite readings/survey/research pasal atkins but never tried. Kat discovery chanel pun ada siar pasal ni bout it pros & cons and mentioned bout how the researcher surprised it can increase the good cholesterol whereby i think they wanted to prove the cons of it.

I just started yesterday and today after 3 weeks ago i managed to smile at the weight scale. My weight was 48kg wit height bout 154 je... but naik 3 weeks ago to 50. So i was stressfull like hell coz perut pun buncit semacam. I cycle at least 3 X a week so what went wrong?? So stress memikirkan stress i decided to give a try on low carb diet. Ikut kan hati rasa nak paste je gambar before & after utk bagi semangat diri sendiri.

4 those yg bagi comment membina @ sebaliknya I really appreciate it coz sedikit sebyk it helps ya know :tq::tq::tq:

Dulu masa kecik2 duduk abroad nasik ni tak kenal tapi bread semua sapu! Tapi tu time kecik, bila dah besar ni as time goes by metabolic rate pun dah slow, nak shed few pounce struggle giler. So tanak struggle giler, atkins lah jawabnye...

hmmm... chill... since u mention ur weight & height... i dun think ur overweight. ur BMI is 21 so mmg normal.. so maybe ade certain spot yg nampak besar pasal distribution of fat yg byk kat perut... maybe u should consider exercise totone urstomach muscle...

heheh..mmg i tak overweight.Doc pun cakap dah ideal...machine kat kLcc printed out i underweight :lol:lol:lol adakah patut!!

I wud think yg i ni last time work out freak jugak...But lately my routine mmg buat sit up (tried my best to do it evryday 6 sets) 1 set=20. Cycling 30 minutes at least thrice a week. Tapi bab makan tak control, so weight pun gaining. So now I want to do it berpada-padalah bak ice quoted b4. Klu dulu i think i indulgee my healthy lifestyle but semenjak duduk kL ni makan byk sedap, cara masak pun bleh tahan kandungan fatnya lepas tu duduk berejam nengok forum :lol:lol:lol

Hi everyone,

Saya pernah try Atkin's ni. I did it for two months, lost about 8kg. 2-3 hari yg first mmg teruk sikit, tapi lepas tu, it gets easier. Tak makan nasik, makan lauk je. Tak ambik nasik tu bukan masalah sgt. For me, the hardest thing is to let go sweet drinks. Ye la, selalu pepagi minum nescafe, malam minum lagi. Seksa jugak la. Memang kena amik tau la kandungan karbohidrat dlm makanan yg kita ambil, supaya tak melebihi 20gm sehari. Make sure you drink lots of plain water!

Now, i tak ikut Atkin's strict sgt, because i dah join gym. Tapi still jaga makan. Sekali sekala tu takpa, tapi bila mengenangkan berapa kilo yg dah turun tu, rasa syg pulak nak melantak..hehhhehe:lol:lol Penat aku aku exercise, kalu tak jaga makan takdak improvement jugak..

So far, i dah lost 13 kilos (including 8 on Atkin's) in 4 months. Hopefully i can get to my ideal weight before my next birthday.

So, kalu nak try Atkin's tu..GOOD LUCK!!!!:ah::ah:

Roses buat atkins dulu ya..berat badan naik balik dalam masa sekejap izzit? Ice punya pengalaman berbeza..Ice dapat maintain weight loss tu selama 2 tahun or lebih sket dari 2 tahun which is by far superior dari cara-cara lain yg ice terai..and for someone yg sememangnya berisi dari kanak-kanak & tak pernah ramping mcm normal ppl..itu sesuatu yg fantastic..

Ice pun tak bolehlah nak terang lebih psl mcm mana atkins increase good cholestrol sbb mmg tak bertauliah dlm hal ni..dan bagi pihak diri sendiri, i did not only read atkins books only..ini quite recent ice beli..Selama ni mmg baca comparison dan keburukannya altough at that time i was still on high protein but other types of dieting or cara permakanan org biasa mmg tak sesuai utk ice. My body respond n naik terlalu cepat dgn carbohydrate..

Ice pun tak nak pertahankan atkins nie because all decision is up to the individual,, but for people yg nak try i'd say go for it except ppl with kidney problems which maybe will make it worse..

PS: Dr Atkins is a doctor by profession dan seorang pakar jantung /cardiologist..jadi agak menyimpang dan memalukan diri sendiri jika dia thrive on a diet that's bad for our heart..cam palit lumpur kat muka sendiri..that's what i'm thinking la :nerd:
