kalu brand nona...top flour untuk buat roti dan seangkatan dengannya...
tapi kalau kat kedai jual brg2 kuih...ada orang cakap untuk buat biskut....:stp:

senang je...... masuk search (atas board/thread ni, dekat log in).....dalam keywords tulis (ketuk la tu...) tepung, pilih board food and recipes dan cari search forum & from ..... pilih food and recipes dan click submit.....

For 1 cup self-raising flour substitute

1 cup all-purpose flour plus
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda.

tepung teng ialah wheat starch dlm english.
sudah comfirmed top flour ialah untuk buat bread, so,it is high protein
flour, information dari flour supplier.
