Minimum Qualification for Commisioning Personnel
[*]Commissioning EngineerEngineering graduate (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics). Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including at least 5 years in onshore / offshore oil and gas facilities projects in the field of engineering, construction and commissioning. Must have worked as commissioning engineer at least 2 similar projects (Compression Platform).

Mechanical Engineer

Must have hands-on experience in the commissioning of turbo generators / gas compressor, production system, process pumps and other stationeries and rotating equipment.
b)
Electrical Engineer

Must have hands-on experience in the commissioning of gas turbine generator, transformer, switchgears / MCC, testing the motors, VSD, well-verse on the SLDs and wiring diagram.
c)
Instrument Engineer

Must have hands-on planning and execution knowledge of various computer based PLC / DCS instrument and controls hook-up, functional checks, loop checks, shutdown matrix test and troubleshooting.
d)
Mechanical Completion Engineer

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in offshore oil and gas projects. Preparing daily and weekly Report to Project Completions Coordinator. Must have experience in the use of any Completion Management System Software (eg. Microsoft Access). Must have worked in a similar position at least 2 similar projects (Compression Platform).

Integration Planner
穂/size]
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore oil and gas projects. Preparation of planning packages, work packages, work measurement and monitoring. Must have experience in the use of Primavera Project Management version 5 software for developing CPN networks, bar charts, histograms, S-curves and other planning deliverables. Must have worked in a similar position at least 2 similar projects (Compression Platform).
