Will my subscription be terminated automatically at the end of the 30 days?
No. The Unlimited Mobile Internet plan is an automatically renewable subscription. It is renewed every 30 days (subject to a minimum balance of RM28 in you prepaid account).
What happens to my unused voice minutes and sms when the subscription automatically renews?
Your unused balance will be rolled over to your new bundle along with a new validity date, however the entire bundle can only withhold 200 mins and 60 sms at any point in time. Any excess of which will be forfeited.
Will I be notified of my successful or failed monthly auto-renewal?
Yes. You will receive a SMS notification on your subscription status.
What happens if it fails to auto-renew?
The subscription fails to automatically renew in the event of insufficient balance / prepaid validity.
The system will only attempt to renew the subscription again on the following day.
What will happen if the renewal retry fails on its second attempt (to renew the services)?
Your subscription service will automatically unsubscribe & any unused balance will be forfeited.
Can I de-active this subscription service?
Yes. Please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1318 to unsubscribe from this plan.
Alternatively, you may deactivate this subscription through the USSD Menu Browser at *118#.

kalau U-Mobile katanya 500 mb tu just Fair Usage Policy..lau guna terlebih drp kuota 500MB..speed akan slow..(no extra charge)

Tips for the 500MB Data Plan, i did some research finally i know how to control it without any problems. Lets say 500MB, each day you can use 16.6666MB which rounded off 16.7MB. 30Days should have no problem, i use about 7.5MB per day almost surf a lot of net, if constant using 7.5MB+- everyday, i'll only used up 225MB, try not to run flash or don't show picture, and remember some auto updates that one really kills your data plan very fast, try not to watch YOUTUBE as i tested running a video caused me up 10-14MB, which 500/14MB= 35 videos. Try using Watchdog 3G, it's a good programme for those android, additional use Dolphin HD browser is MUCH MUCH FASTER and MUCH MUCH BETTER than stock browser, it have javascript and picture setting, if you wanna save more you can turn them off in the settings. In terms of facebook, try use the browser mobile version, it might be better than you using the official app, sometimes it used up more data plan but have chat, for whatsapp it used up about 14-20kb to send a message, and 10-14kb to receive a message so should be using a lot sometimes. promo skrg...topap rm50, free rm10 voucher kfc

U-mobile ni akan roaming guna Celcom network utk kawasan yg tiada liputan U-mobile...jadi x perlu risau dgn coverage..sbb cover 98% kawasan berpenduduk di Malaysia..:loveliness: U mobile ni nampak offer dia mcm bagus lah. Ada kawan cakap BIS dia serendah RM8 je seminggu unlimited. Lebih kurang Digi la.. Tapi Digi pun baru je turun harga. Dulu per day BIS RM2. tu pun bukan unlimited. Macam U mobile ni pun ada buat offer untuk overseas roaming, per minute charge dalam seringgit lebih utk buat call. Better pakai SG sim je kalau kt SG. Lebih save. ha nak mengomel jap pasal Umobile ni.
Aku dah beberapa hari nak call customer service dia tapi takde sapa angkat pun. Setiap kali call mesti mesin yang jawab suh tunggu sebentar, bila aku dah tunggu nak dekat 10 minit still takde sapa layan gak. Tadi bila aku call baru ada orang jawab itupun ntah manusia dari ceruk mana yang diorang amik keje pun aku tak tau. Aku cakap dalam bm dia cam tak paham, aku cakap english pun dia cam tak paham gak. Hangin sungguh la aku tadi. Bila aku tanya something boleh la plak budak tu cakap "i pun tak tau la" WTH la kan nak jawab macam tu. Patutnya dia suh la aku tunggu kejap and dia akan tanya senior dia ke apa ker, ni tak just jawab tak tau jer... Hampeh. :@:@:@ Aku tengok promo Umobile ni cam ok gak actually. kita topup RM30 dapat call free untuk 30hari (1 hari 1 jam jer la free and tuk call antara Umobile no je la) so bila ko subscribe internet package dia tu ko akan dapat 100minit free call dan x silap aku 30 free msg.
