aku nak tanya ko makcikmengamok...muka aku skrang nie dah stat ada jeragat + pigmen peringkat awal...macam mana aku nak buang?takkan nak pakai laser kot,bukan byk tapi nampak tak sekata ler warna kulit aku klu tanpa make up...

jeragat tu...hmm..yg cam batu2 keras2 kat muka kan? jeragat tu..jerawat ker?
ko exfoliate...sampai pigment tu ilang and jeragat tu ilang..
macam exfoliate 2 kali dlm seminggu
salunya bagi org yg mengalami jerawat...kadang2 doktor bagi org tu zinc and vitamin C..
lagipun...ko dah start berpigment2...
klu ko terkene hyperpigmentation...it would prolly show you that...ko mungkin ada zinc defiency...
so...bagus ko awal2 amik zinc and vitamin C utk pencegahan awal...utk jerawat and pigmentation ko...
but naturally...asian ppl...
we tend to be pigmented..underneath...tuh lah ada pigment..
klu pigmentation kulit kaler ko tak sekata ko tu maseh persis...
you can always take L-glutathione 1000mg...or 500mg...with lipoic acid...and take it with grape seed oil extract...

from that one single clove...
ko amik sikit jerk....
1 slice is equivalent for one slice of bread...
or ko leh...letak one slice or letak half dari 1 slice tu...or really2 small amount lam satu air panas..before you eat meals...
becos kan....garlic ni...walaupun dier kecik...it's really2 strong...semasa ko minum tu..
ko rasa...takder papa...
but the after effect of it...walaupun sekecik mana pun...if you take raw garlic..
lepas cam..beberapa minute pahtuh...baruk ko start rasa haus2 la apa...
dier induce ko minum....
especially klu ko letak garlic slice tu lam air panas...
don't do it frequently...
at least...eat or drink it once or twice a day...in the morning and at night...
klu ko minum ngan air panas mende ni...betul2 ko amik sikitttttttttttttttttttt jerk..
tak sampai 1 slice pun tak per...
