Salam, ni gambar terbaru kek students kita.. yg dibuat semalam.

Kpd student yg ambik mc semalam tu, well done ! Lepas ni boleh adjust Mak buyung bagi nampak slim sikit. :P Animal yg lain tu pun nampak cantik.. teruskan praktis ye.

Utk buat figurine, adunan yg di pakai ialah fondant + gumpaste. Kalau tak campur gumpaste, figure lembik.Modelling ni tak susah, mcm main plastercine je. :)

Salam Bu, saya simpan Royal icing dlm fridge bahagian bawah, dlm tupperware kedap udara. Tapi tengok ada jugak org yg letak kat luar je. Kalau dlm fridge tu biasa nye tahan lama, dlm seminggu masih ok. :D

Hai hai, nak colour guna piping gel - mula-mula kena buat outline nye, pakai buttercream atau coklat cair, janji ada outline supaya piping gel tu tak mengembang keluar.Pas tu kaler kan piping gel tu and just pipe kan. More info, ada artikel kat blog akak ni :

Dik, coklat cair tu kalau tak nak pakai nozzle pun boleh, terus masuk dlm piping bag plastik yg disposable, gunting lubang kecik kat ujung dia. Boleh gak guna piping bag yg dibuat dari kertas tu. Sama teknik, gunting lubang kat hujung. Kalau nak pakai nozzle, yg round tip no. 3 boleh. Janji coklat tu keluar.
Outline pakai buttercream pun boleh juga. Tq.
