ye ke healthy food??sbb penah baca kat mana ntah...megi ni xbagus utk mkn sbb dia memerlukan 3 hari utk proses penghadaman...so klu nk mkn megi kne 3 hari la kot..tp aku mkn gak hari2....:lol:

aku dulu tak suka langsung makan megi ni...
setahun bole kira tak lebih dari 5 peket jer aku makan...

tapi sejak preggy ni aku jadi suka plak...
sampai aku paksa diri tahan2 rasa nak makan..

tapi aku buat megi yg healthy food la....:lol:
aku celur dulu megi dgn air panas kasi kembang dan buang segala minyak + gam megi tu
Then aku bilas lagi 2 kali dgn air panas kasi buang minyak + gam yg berbaki..

then baru aku masak megi aku tu...
taruk sawi byk2...karot byk2...udang 2/3/4 ekor...ketuk cili api 2/3 batang..
then letak rencah sikit jer...setengah pun tak abes...jadi la...

janji ada rasa...dan aku konsider its as healthy food la...
Aku ada baca artikel..b4 makan megi kena celur & bilas dulu dgn air panas
bagi minyak & gam megi tu cair dan buang air tu...
kalo tak amik masa 2/3 hari utk hadam kat perut minyak & gam tu...

Saya pun bedal jugak maggi nie....
Lepas main badminton sampai rumah 12 - 1 pagi perut rasa lapar
Saya mahu makan benda2 yg ringan jerr sebelum tidur....
Tak kan nak kejut bini suruh masak pulak kannnn...
Jd nak mudah hentam Maggi satu peket sluuurrrpppp ahhhh lega....:lol:

aku rasakan now ni pun tader bezanya kita makan megi @ tak..
koz segala bahan masakan now ni segalanya INSTANT...

mcm..rencah tomyam..rencah sup ayam..sup sayur..sup ikan..segalanya instant..
main campak jer kiub / serbuk...then masuk segala bahan..renih 3/4 minit..
mendidih..masak..angkat..makan...

tak jauh beza pun dgn masak megi & rencah2nya...

aku jarang makan bende ni kalo mkn pun time terdesak giler lapar tgh mlm...tu pun sebulan seklai lum tentu aku kan...dulu aku suka tp sejak abg ipar aku disahkan kena sakit buah pinggang+darah tinggi angkara maggi ni so aku slow down terus...x semestinya ade rambut makne nya ok ...so.. li pk la sendiri...

MANY people are mad about instant noodles, with good reason. They are cheap, easy to prepare and, well, instantly gratifying. Children love them.

But are they good for you? Nutritionists would never say that eating the ubiquitous noodles every day is healthy, but the occasional bowlful will certainly do no harm.

Take a look at the ingredients list. The first item is always white flour. In dietary terms, this is a refined complex carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are required for the processing of nutrients within the body and it is also our main source of energy.

The second largest nutrient group in instant noodles is fat. Most of us eat pasta with the understanding that it is a high-carbohydrate, low-fat food. Not so with the instant variety. "Most instant noodles are dried by deep frying, and only 3 to 4 percent are air-dried. Instant noodles are about 18 percent fat," said professor Harold Corke, a wheat expert at the University of Hong Kong.

Nutritionists recommend that about 20 to 30 percent of daily calories come from fat. If you are at risk of coronary artery disease, avoiding instant noodles is advisable. But aside from health concerns, most noodle lovers would choose a fried variety simply because oil makes foods taste better.

There is, however, more to instant noodles than simply flour and fat. Potassium carbonate is a salt. Without this additive, the noodles would be softer, easily turning mushy. There is no nutritional value in potassium carbonate, but it is not unhealthy. The same goes for the mysterious xanthan gum that often appears toward the end of the ingredient list. It is a bacteria-derived food stabilizer that has long been approved for human consumption.

The condiment pouches contain most of the product's salt content. Again, if you are required to maintain a low-salt diet for blood-pressure reasons, instant noodles are not appropriate. The flavor pouch also contains coloring to make the broth look more appetizing.

Dr. Edmond Li, a Hong Kong nutritionist, has this advice: "Do not rely on instant noodles for a source of vegetables. They are added only to make the dish more satisfying and are not intended to provide the consumer with nutrition."

Ari tu kalau tak silap ada sebuah syarikat msia yg buat mee tapi tak pasti la segera atau tidak. Dia cakap mee yg dihasilkan merupakan mee yg cepat hadam tak macam mee segera atau mee kedai mamak yg memerlukan beberapa hari utk hadam...
