(i) Renewal of Business Registration

Renew fees
RM 60/year

+ RM5 for each Branch (if have)

+ Our Service Charge is RM20/per company

Process around 7 working days.

Late Charges Compound Rate (Expired)
1 month RM20, 2 month RM30, 3 month RM40, 4 month RM50, 5 month RM60, 6 month RM70
7 month RM80, 8 month RM90, 9 month RM100, 10 month RM110, 11 month RM120, 12 month can't renew anymore

After Renew, you will receive a Compound Letter, you only can pay the Compound after you received the Compound Letter. (Compound Letter send out by SSM)

(iii) Business Update

- Changes in Business Address - RM80
- Changes in Nature of Business - RM80
- Changes in Particulars of Branch - RM80

(iv) Termination of Registered Business - RM80

*Business Registration must be active, if expired please Renew before you do for Terminate.

iii. Once it's Done. We will email you the SSM Business Registration soft copy
Just print out with black and white A4 paper.
