Saya memang kurang suka makan benda2 manis. I always drink PLENTY of water to stay hydrated. Paling takleh elak ialah nasi putih. Sbb saya high metabolism, suka makan banyak nak elak lapar. Nasi ni dah la banyak gula. Adoi...

Plus, I am lactose intolerant. Memang jarang sentuh susu. Skrg nak stop makan white bread or anything made from yeast.

emmm saya pon mcm awk juge...kna control pengambilan dairy & sugar & roti2 ni...
apa yg saya prasan, kalo saya kerap minum teh tarik & nescafe 0 time bkpes kat opis ni nnti musti snang naik jrawat...huhu

bln lps saya kerap mkn popcorn garret tu kan lemak manis kan...lps tu x bilas dgn minum air putih byk2...
haar apa lg bln ni kuar 2biji jrawat kat tmpt yg dah laaaama x naik jrawat pon...huwaaa:mad:
