apple piedough:
buat dough macam buat kuih tart.... sukatan nih susah ler nak cakap...sebab aku kalau masak tak pernah sukat..kire agak2 lar ekkk
bahan:
air sejuk ( chilled/ cold )
4-5 cawan tepung ( depends berapa tebal n besar nak buat )
1-2 sudu susu tepung ( optional kalau tak lalu tak payah bubuh...kalau bubuh dier macma gebu sikit )
3/4 butter
filling:
3-4 biji epal hijau...( kupas n potong dadu )
3-4 sudu makan brown sugar
1-2 sudu makan gula pasir
serbuk cinnomon
kismis
cara membuatnyer...
make sure butter dlm room tempreture sebab nanti senang nak uli tepung.... but best kalau potong butter tuh kotak.... gaul butter ngan tepung....masuk air sejuk tuh sikit2 enough utk tepung tuh jadik dough..tak keras tak lembik sgt....kalau keras sgt dough nanti kena baling dinidng..kalau lembik nanti biler bake tak cantik n mudah pecah...
lepas dough dah siap...bakar dlm 10 mins dlm oven suhu...ummm tak tau ler sebab aku pakai microwave...pilih bake ( bakar dier punyer base )
kluarkan...n now prepare dier punyer filling
masukkan sesumer bahan2 tuh dlm satu periuk...masak pelahan2....sampai gula tuh cair...but jgn larr terlampau berair sgt... kalau beriar nanti...buang sikit masa nak bubuh dlm pastry....biler dah masak put aside...biar sejuk
letak filling dlm pastry yg dah dibakar..... ambik lebihan dough tadi utk cover bahagian atas filling tadi.... make sure keliling dough tuh dipenyek dengan garpu n
then kena cucuk2 sikit lubang kat atas dough tuh..... last sekali sapu kuning telur...
bakar sampai nampak kuning n masak...abt 10-20 mins..kalau tak massak jugak bakar lagi but jgn sampai angus....
Apple Pie
CRUST (recipe makes one double crust):
2 1/2 cups white flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cold butter, broken into small pieces
8 tbsp. ice water
Measure the flour, sugar and salt togetherl. Stir to combine.
Add the chilled butter pieces and shortening to the bowl. Cut them in with a pastry cutter or knife. Don't over mix them. Add the ice water. Mix until the dough holds together (add a bit more water, if necessary). Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead it together, then divide in half.
Flatten each half into a disk, wrap in saran wrap and chill for at least half an hour. Roll out one of the disks on a lightly floured surface until you have a circle that's about 12 inches in diameter. Put the circle in a 9" pie plate, trimming any extra dough from the edges with a sharp knife. Return it to the refrigerator until you are ready to make the pie.
Add filling. Roll out the second ball of dough and cover top. Use a fork or your fingers to pinch the edges together.
Untuk fillings pulak:
Few apples, potong ikut suka hati youlah
Few pinch of ground cinammon
Gula pun ikut you jugak, kalau nak manis letaklah banyak sikit.
Sikit butter
In a pan, add butter, apples, campurkan dengan gula & cinammon. Masak sampai apples tu nampak lembut sikit. Sejukkan at least 1/2 hr (kalau letak directly on top of your crust nanti crust tu akan melt).
Bake at least 45 mins (sampai crust turning to nice brown). Sedap makan dengan vanilla ice cream or just like that!
P/s: kekadang I guna resipi normal biscuit crust untuk buat kulitnya.
Ini resepi dari Hotel Concorde Shah Alam. Maklang tak penah try, sapa berani buleh try duu.
PIE APPLE
Bhn A - Doh
125 gm mentega
60 gm gula
1 biji telur
250 gm tepung ros (Ros Flour)
1/2 st esen vanila
CARA
- satukan mentega + gula
- mskkan telur, kacau perlahan, sambil kacau mskkan tepung dan esen vanila
- bila adunan dah jadi doh, angkat dan sejukkan selama 2 jam.
Bhn B - Inti Pie
6 biji epal hijau
50 gm kismis
100 gm gula
20 gm perasa jagung (Corn Flavour)
2 gm serbuk kayu manis
CARA
- ptg epal ikut suka
- satukan semua bhn B termasuk epal yg diptg tadi, msk selama 5 minit hingga epal betul2 lembut.
- mskkan pula perasa jagung dan masak hingga semua sebati.
- setelah masak, angkat dan ketepikan sekejap
- ambil doh dan canai senipis 3 mm
- guna dulang pie, masukkan doh yang telah dicanai dan inti epal kedlm dulang dna tutup bhg atas dengan doh yg tebal
- bakar 15 minit dengan suhu 180C
- setelah masak, sapu bhg atas pie dengan kuning telur.
APPLE PIE GORENG ala McD
6 - 8 keping pie
Bahan-bahannya
2 cawan tepung serbaguna
1/2 cawan shortening atau (mentega) (Kalau mentega mesti dalam keadaan beku)
1 sudu teh garam
1/2 cawan air sejuk
2 biji epal hijau
1/3 cawan gula
1/2 sudu teh serbuk kayu manis
1 cawan minyak sayuran
Cara-caranya
1. Kupas kulit epal dan potong dadu. Campurkan gula dan serbuk kayu manis. Di atas kuali masak dengan menggunakan api yang kecil. Masak sehingga ia lembut, dan lenyek 1/4 dengan garfu dan yang lebihan biarkan ia berketul. Kita nak buat apple pie McD kan so kena ikut macam McD sikit.
2. Ayak tepung dan garam. Potong shortening/ atau mentega yang masih beku. Gaul shortening/ mentega dengan tepung menggunakan "rub in" method. Gunakan hujung jari dan ramas sehingga adunan bergentel. Masukkan air dan gaul dengan garfu.
3. Canai atas papan. Potong panjang 8 inci lebar 6 inci macam McD punya pie le. Letakkan inti epal ditengah pastry. Gunakkan air sejuk di tepi pastry dan lipat kemudian tekan dengan garfu sekeliling pastry agak2 setengah inci.
4. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, api sederhana besar. Goreng pie, satu persatu. 2-3 minit untuk satu belah pie sampai masak dan kekuningan. Toskan atas tisu serap minyak. Boleh taburkan gula atasnya sebelum makan. Best makan bila panas. BE CAREFUL FILLING CONTENTS MAY BE HOT << macam McD la.
Tips: Selalu saya simpan pastry yang telah diisi inti epal dalam freezer sekejap agak2 15 minit. Keluarkan kemudian terus goreng, method ini untuk mendapatkan pastry yang ranggup. Inti epal mestilah tidak terlalu basah takut kulit pastry lembik. Minyak mesti panas betul, sebaik2nya goreng dalam minyak yang banyak.
Inti pie ni agak sedikit, so saya sarankan kengkawan semua tambahkan epal menjadi empat bijik dan gula 3/4 cawan. Baru puas hati makan kalau inti banyak
APPLE-ONION PIE {RasaCinta]
CRUST follow ur own adunan or beli jer..
3 Sweet delicious apples,
-- Peeled, cored and sliced
2 Bombay onions, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tbsp Butter
1 cup Water
1 Chicken bouillon cube/stok ayam biasa
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
Salt (to taste)
1. Layer the onion slices in a buttered 9 1/2 inch pyrex pie plate.
2. Put a layer of apples on onion slices, another layer of onions, ending with apples.
3. Pour one cup of bouillon over the layers, then sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
4. Drizzle melted butter over the crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top has browned.

80g tepung gandum
60g mentega
80ml air
4 bii telur ayam (pukul sampai sebati jer)
Cara-caranyer
air dan mentega dijerang sampai nak mendidih off api terus tuangkan tepung tadi kat dalam air tu pas tu kacau sampai adunan tu tanggal dari periuk... kalau boleh pakai non-stick punyer... kalau tak cam biasa pon orait gak
bila dah sejuk sikit (selalunyer lama tau.. aku pakai cake mixture jer... tak penat nak mengaul) kau tuangkan telur tadi... sikit sikit...
then masuk kat piping bag... tekan kan kat atas baking tray yang dah selet butter....
bakar kat oven 180 degrees C. - 20 min or sampai kekuning-kuningan
DURIAN CUSTARD
400g susu cair (evaporated milk)
30g tepung custard
30g tepung gandum
3 biji telur ayam (amik kuning jer.. buang putih)
200g isi durian
40g gula
Cara-caranyer
sumer bahan custard tu satukan, isi durian jer jangan campur dulu , gaul atas api yang kecil gaul sampai pekat
then masukkan isi durian, gaul lagi 5 min
bila puff dia dah sejuk, kelarkan tengah dia, pastu sumbatkan dengan custard durian... kalau boleh time custard tu panas lagi sumbatkan.. kalau dah sejuk payah sikit...

Cara²nya
mentega dan air masukkan kat dalam periuk atas api hingga mendidih
matikan api, ..... cara Portugal Doughnut
bahan2:
1 cawan castor sugar/gula halus
1/4 pumpkin
2 biji oranges
2 cawan self raising flour
1 sudu plain flour
cinnamon powder
cara2:
bersih oranges tu..parut/grate skit sampai dapat satu sudu rind/kulit die tuh kemudian squeeze amik jus dia..fresh lagik
rebus pumpkin , drain well kemudian panas2 tu kasi lumat, mash
amik separuh castor sugar mix dengan seme tepung , rind dan jus orange
adun sebati dan buat bola kecik cam donat tuh..
kalo lembut sangat mix la tepun lagi kalo hard sangat buh orange jus skit
kemudian deep fry, nak bake pun bleh..sampai golden brown
atas separuh castor sugar lebih tuh ..tabur cinnamon powder banyak skit
then donut yang dah masak tu di gaul sebati denganya..

3. Biarkan sehingga wangi.
4. Masukkan daging/ayam, bwang besar, kentang dan garam.
5. Masakkan sehingga pekat dan kentang empok.
6. Masukkan hirisan daun sup dan angkat.
7. Gulungkan dalam roti jala. Cream Cheese Bread
Ingredients
(A):
300g high protein flour
50g sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp bread improver
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp milk powder
1 egg (B size), lightly beaten
50g cream cheese at room temperature
120ml water
30g butter
For glaze:
1/2 beaten egg mixed well with 1 tbsp UHT milk
Method
Sift ingredients (A) into a mixing bowl. Add the egg and cream cheese and mix in the water. Use a dough hook to knead the dough in an electric mixer at slow speed for two minutes. Then turn the machine to medium speed and knead for two more minutes.
Add butter and mix well on slow speed for a minute and on medium speed for eight to 10 minutes until a soft and smooth dough is formed. Leave the dough in the bowl covered with cling film to prove for one hour or until double in size.
Turn out the risen dough, punch down and knead with your hands. Divide dough into two equal portions and put aside to rest for 30 minutes. Shape the two halves into loaves.
Put the loaves into a greased and lightly-floured loaf tin. Cover with a damp tea towel and leave aside for 30 to 35 minutes till double in size. Brush with glaze and sprinkle almond nibs.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the loaf is light when tapped with your hand. Remove the loaf from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack.
Raisin Walnut Bread
Ingredients
(A):
500g high protein flour or bread flour, sifted
2 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp wheat germ
100g castor sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp mixed spice
6g bread improver
Combined:
150ml UHT milk
130-150ml cold water
65g softened butter
50g walnuts, chopped
75g raisins
Method
Combine (A) in a mixing bowl and with the use of an electric mixer and dough hook and blend at a low speed for about 1 minute.
Add milk and water and mix on low speed for 1 minute again. Add the softened butter and continue to mix for 10 Roti Telur

dough paratha:
2 1/4 c wholemeal flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 c warm water
gaul rata tepung dan garam.. then slowly tambahkan air..enuf utk to make a bread-like dough
uli rata , cover dgn tuala lembab n set aside
utk potato stuffing:
3 biji kentang - rebus n buang kulit then chopped..jgn halus sgt
2 bwg besar - finely chopped
3 tbsp daun ketumbar - finely chopped
1 1/2 tbsp serbuk jintan manis
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 teaspoon lada hitam kisar
nak campurkan bahan di atas begitu sahaja pun bleh.. atau nak tumiskan sket pun bleh..
kalau tumis : panaskan sedikit ghee, pastu saute onion then masukkan rempah then masukkan the rest.

cara 1:
bahagikan adunan kepada 18 bahagian- dibulatkan menjadi bola
canaikan 2 bebola doh agak2 1/4 inci tebal ..spreadkan dlm 2-3 tsp fillings di atas satu adunan then tekap another adunan on top..
pastu canaikan hingga agak nipis..anggaran 1/4 inci tebal gak
cara 2:
bahagi doh kepada 9 bebola kecil
pastu roll sket aje..then stuffedkan dgn inti kat tgh..pastu bulatkan , pastu leh canai bulat anggaran ketebalan 1/4 inci
tabur tepung bila bila perlu
panaskan griddle dgn api sederhana, griskan dgn sedikit minyak sapi pastu masak umpama nak masak capati..brush both side dgn minyak sapi but not too much
dimakan begitu sahaja atau cecah kuah dal or mint sauce or dalca

pastu canaikan..jgn nipis sgt..tabur dgn tepung utk tak kasik melekat
panaskan minyak..api jgn kuat sgt..goreng puri one at a time..tekan dgn sudip bagi puri tu tenggelam n mengelembung then agak dah goleden terbalikkan kejap aje
pastu bleh di angkat n ditoskan..

brush minyak sapi atau butter atas capati yg dah masak utk mengelakkan capati dried up dgn cepat n hidangkan segera..

Cara
Campurkan tepung dgn majerin & garam dan ramas sehingga menjadi serbuk.
Tuangkan air suam ditengah2. Uli sehingga menjadi doh.
Jangan terlalu lebek/lembut untuk mudah mencanainya.
Perap 2 jam.
Bahagikan doh kepada ketulan kecil. Kemudian canai nipis/leper.
Panaskan kuali leper/non-stick pan.
Letakkan sedikit minyak.
Masukkan adunan yg telah dileperkan.
Sentiasa tekankan kepingan carpatti dalam kuali supaya tidak mengelembung.
Bila telah keperangan boleh angkat.
Hidangkan bersama kuah dhall
Chapati
Nak share lah kat mereka yg minat makanan spt this one.

You must have..
Atta flour
Ghee(minyak sapi) Butter or Margerin . Ghee lebih sedap for those in Malaysia, QBB is the best.
Minyak masak
Water
Salt(optional)
Place atta in a bowl.
Rub in a tablespoon of fat.
Add water bit by bit until it becoms a dough. The best is bila dough tak lagi lekat pada tangan.
Add about one tbs of cooking oil, and uli dough sehingga minyak sebati.
The bread taste better if made few hours ahead. make as many small balls as u can, as big as golf ball, flatten it and roll out.
A flat, non stick pan should be used if you don´t have 'tawa'
Heat the pan, mesti betul betul panas.
Before putting bread on pan, remove tepung yg berlebihan.
Place it on pan.
When you see collur difference on the bread, color tukar ke gelap sikit. turn over the other side.
Dgn Perlahan tekan sides of the bread dgn kitchen paper atau kain. Tunggu hingga puffs up and lepas itu turn over to cook the first side.
Bila dah siap semua,
Lettakan sedikit minyak sapi atau butter atau margerine on one piece of bread and take another one sandwich iand rub it together.

120-130 ml air suam
Ayak tepung, serbuk penaik dan garam ke dalam mangkuk besar. Masukkan yis dan gula, kacau rata. Campurkan tairu, telur, minyak sapi serta sedikit demi sedikit air hingga adunan menjadi doh.
Tutup doh dengan kain lembab dan biar di tempat suam selama 2-3 jam atau hingga kembang.
Bahagikan doh kepada 4 bahagian, canai seperti bentuk naan kemudian sapukan minyak sapi or butter Bakar di dalam ketuhar 220 C hingga keperangan. Seelok-eloknya dengan pemanas atas dan bawah
Peshawari Naan
Untuk 4-6 orang
Bahan-bahan:
4 cawan tepung gandum biasa (kat sini diaorang panggil tepung maida)-nak guna tepung naik sendiri pun boleh.
2 sudu teh garam
4 sudu teh ghee atau marjerin
1 setengah sudu teh yis (yg segar)
4 sudu teh gula
1 setengah cawan susu (suam-suam panas)
Sedikit air
Cara membuat:
Gaulkan yis dengan gula dan susu.
Ketepikan selama 10 minit
Kemudian gaulkan tepung dengan garam dan masukkan adunan yis gula dan susu tadi.
Uli sehingga menjadi doh yg lembut, kalau adunan tadi agak keras, boleh campur air sedikit supaya adunan menjadi lembut.
Kemudian tutup bekas adunan dengan kain kapas atau towel yang lembab, biarkan di tempat yang agak panas supaya doh ini kembang dan naik.(biarkan selama 45 minit atau satu jam)
Kemudian uli adunan tepung tadi sekali lagi, sehingga bertambah lembut, kalau melekat tabur sedikit tepung
Bentukkan beberapa doh bulatan yg kecil (mengikut saiz roti naan yg kita inginkan)
Kemudian gunakan rolling pin untuk leperkan adunan tadi atau tepek dengan menggunakan kedua belah tapak tangan sehingga menjadi bentuk roti naan.(ni yg menghasilkan bunyi yg menggancam jiwa nih)
Sapukan ghee atau marjerin ke atas roti naan dan bakar selama 4-5 minit dalam oven dengan api sederhana.
Kalau nak guna frying pan pun boleh…letak ghee atau marjerin sedikit ke atas frying pan, letak roti naan dan bakar hingga garing.
Sedap dimakan ketika panas…cecah kuah kari atau kurma…hmmm memang sodapp!
Naan
Ingredients:
2 tsp dried yeast
1 tsp caster sugar
150 ml warm milk
450 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
150 ml natural yogurt
1 egg, beaten
1 tbls oil, plus extra for greasing
Methods:
Blend the yeast and caster sugar with the warm milk dan set aside for 20 minutes until frothy
Mix the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Beat together the yogurt, egg and oil and add to the flour mixture with the frothy yeast
Form into a ball and turn onto a floured surface.
Knead well for 5 mins or until smooth
Put into oiled bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise in a warm place until doubled in isze
Meanwhile, heat oven at 240'C/475 F/Gas 9
Place a heavy baking tray in the oven. Preheat grill
Re-knead the dough and break into 6 equal sized pieces
Keep the rest covered with cling film while rolling one piece into a tear-shape, about 5 x 9 in
Put the naan onto the heated baking tray and quickly put in the oven
Cook for 3 mins and then palce under the grill about 30-60 seconds or until the surface of the naan is sligthly charred
Wrap in a clean tea towel and cook the remainder in the same way.

Cara
1. Nasi sejuk, kacang hitam, beras dan halba dikisar halus. Angaran pekat saperti adunan apam.
2. Campurkan yis segera kedalam adunan ini.
3. Biarkan sebentar.
4. Panaskan kuali leper .lenserkan sedikit minyak.
5. Tuangkan sedikit bancuhan adunan.
6. Semasa menggoreng kuali hendaklah ditutup.
7. Apabila permukaannya sudah kering bolihlah diangkat.

1 (1/4 oz) package active dry yeast (about 2 1/4 tsp)
1/2 cup lukewarm water
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 cup (8 fl oz) lukewarm water
Mixing bowl, rolling pin (or use a bottle), paddle or similar to transfer bread to and from oven, pizza stone or baking sheet, oven.
DISSOLVE yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water, add one tsp sugar, stir and let stand for 10 minutes until frothy.
IN a large mixing bowl combine the flour and salt, mix thoroughly using your hands or a rubber spatula; make a well, add the yeasty water and about 1/2 the lukewarm water; mix and gradually add more water a few TBSP at a time using a rubber spatula (it can be very sticky until well mixed) until firm and elastic and just a little sticky (may adhere slightly to your hand).
TURN dough on to a lightly floured working surface and knead for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Return to the bowl, cover with a plastic wrap and leave in a warm, draft-free place to rise for 2-3 hours (much less if you are using 'rapid-rise' yeast). Pita Bread
Ingredients
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
6 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
Dissolve the yeast in the water and stir in the honey. Add the salt and then the flour, 1 cup at a time. Stir until you can't mix the dough anymore.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured countertop. Knead for 10 minutes, or until the dough is elastic.
Place the dough in a buttered bowl, turn to coat all sides and cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap.
Let the dough rise until it is doubled in size, about 2 hours. Punch it down and shape into 10 balls. Let the balls rest for 15 minutes, then shape them into 7-inch rounds.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and bake the rounds on a cookie sheet set on the lowest rack in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Wrap them in a cloth napkin until ready to serve. Makes 10 rounds.
Easy Pita Bread
2 c warm water
1 ts sugar
1 pk dry yeast (or 1 tb)
5 c all-purpose flour
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 ts salt
In mixing bowl, combine water and sugar, sprinkle yeast and let
stand for 10 minutes or until dissolved and creamy. Using electric
mixer, beat in 2 c. of the flour, oil and salt, beat for about 3
minutes or until smooth, scraping down side of bowl from time to
time. With wooden spoon, beat in enough of the remaining flour to
make stiff dough. Turn out onto lightly floured surface and knead
for about 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place dough in
lightly greased bowl, turning to grease all over. Cover with plastic
wrap and let rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in bulk.
Divide dough into 16 or 32 pieces. On lightly floured surface, roll
each piece into 7" or 4" rounds. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes
or until slightly risen.
Meanwhile, heat ungreased baking sheet on lowest rack in 500 degree oven (240 C). Using floured metal spatula, quickly transfer 2 or 3 pita rounds to heated baking sheet, bake for 3 or 4 minutes or until puffed and light golden around edges. Repeat with remaining pita rounds. Let cool between damp tea towels. Pitas will collapse and soften slightly, but pocket will remain. (Alternatively, if crisp pitas are desired, let cool on racks) Pitas can be stored in plastic bags in freezer for up to 1 month. Makes 16 7" pitas or 32 4" pitas.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm and browned well. Serve
the kibbe from the pan or invert it onto a platter.
PEPPY'S PITA BREAD

INGREDIENTS
265 ml warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
375 g all-purpose flour
6 g salt
15 ml vegetable oil
6 g white sugar
6 g active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients in bread pan of your bread machine, select Dough setting and start. When dough has risen long enough, machine will beep.
2. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Gently roll and stretch dough into a 12 inch rope. With a sharp knife, divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each into a smooth ball. With a rolling pin, roll each ball into a 6 to 7 inch circle. Set aside on a lightly floured countertop. cover with a towel. Let pitas rise about 30 minutes until slightly puffy.
3. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C). Place 2 or 3 pitas on a wire cake rack. Place cake rack directly on oven rack. Bake pitas 4 to 5 minutes until puffed and tops begin to brown. Remove from oven and immediately place pitas in a sealed brown paper bag or cover them with a damp kitchen towel until soft. Once pitas a softened, either cut in half or split top edge for half or whole pitas. They can be stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for several days or in the freezer for 1 or 2 months.
ROTI PITA
Bahan-bahan ( 8 biji )
200g tepung roti
50g tepung
150g air
5g gula
5g garam
15g olive oil/minyak masak
2.5g dry yeast
Cara-cara Masukkan semua bahan-bahan ke dalam bread maker. On kan.. tunggu siap. Keluarkandari breadmaker.
***Kalau uli dengan tangan. Guna air suam atau 40C. Adunan ni lembiksket.. jangan tambah tepung. Bila dah siap uli.. penaikkan sehingga 2kali ganda.
Tumbuk-tumbuk untuk keluarkan angin. Bahagikan adunankepada 8. Buat bentuk bulat. Rehatkan selama 10 minit.
Letakkan sedikit tepung di atas papan pencanai. Ambik satu adunan tadi. Canaikan biar jadi leper.. saiznya lebih kurang 13cm.
Bila nampak dah naik sikit. Boleh bakar dalam oven pada suhu 230 degree selama 4 minit

Bahan Kulit:
500 gm tepung gandum
1 cawan majerin atau butter
1/2 cawan shortening..lemak sayur..majerin warna putih
secubit garam
1/2 cawan air sejuk dari peti sejuk
Cara:
1. Gaul semua bahan kecuali AIR SEJUK mengguna RUBBING method sehingga peroi.
2. Masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul rata.
3. Simpan adunan dalam peti sejuk dalam masa 30 minit.
4. Masakkan intinya...
5. Keluarkan dari peti sejuk dan bahagikan kepada 4 ketulan.
6. Leperkan setiap ketulan. Masukkan satu kedlam loyang pie yang telah disapu butter/majerin.
7. Lapikkan adunan dgn kacang tanah yg telah dilapikkan aluminium.
8. Masakkan kulit pie dalam oven 170'C selama 15 minit.
9. Bila telah masak..keluarkan kacang tanah tadi.
10. Masukkan inti ayam dan tutupkan semula dengan kulit pie lagi.
11. Cucukkan kulit pie dgn garfu dan tekankan keliling kulit pie supaya adunan kulit bawah bercantum dgn kulit atas.
12. Masakkan dalam oven 180'C selama 20 minit.
13. Sejukkan sebelum dipotong dan dihidangkan...
Inti:
300 gm isi ayam...hiriskan nipis/potong dadu
250 gm kentang ..potong dadu
1 labu bawang besar..potong dadu
100 gm sayur campur (mix-vege)
1 sudu besar rempah kari ayam ..dibancuhkan ngan sikit air
1/2 cawan air
daun sup & daun bawang..mayang kasar

minyak/butter untuk tumis
Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak/butter untuk menumis. Tumiskan bawang besar sehingga layu.
2. Masukkan repah kari dan biarkan naik minyak.
3. Masukkan ayam dan kentang dan gaul rata. Masukkan air. Biarkan mendideh dan agak kering.
4. Masukkan sayur campur.
5. Bila dah masak/kering..masukkan garam dan gula dan daun sup & daun bawang.
6. Angkat dan sejukkan.
Chicken Pie
Crust:
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
5 to 7 tablespoons cold water
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine flour and salt. Using pastry blender, cut in shortening until particles the size of small peas form. Sprinkle one tablespoon of water at a time over flour mixture and toss with fork to blend. Add enough water to hold the dough together. Form two balls.
Roll out bottom crust on floured surface to 1-inch larger than inverted 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Ease the dough into the plate loosely and press in place. Trim bottom curst even with edge of plate and pour filling into bottom crust.
Roll out top crust. Cut slits for steam to escape. Cover filling with top crust and fold top crust under bottom crust. Seal crust and flute edge.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
CHICKEN PIE
Pastri:
1lb gandum
1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik
4oz majerin
4oz mentega
1 biji telur
air (secukupnya)
sedikit garam
Inti:
sebelah atau lebih dada ayam (dibuang tulang dan dipotong kecil2)
4 labu bawang besar(dipotong dadu)
3-4 biji telur ayam
cendawan butang (secukupnya)
1 mangkuk sayur campur (250-300gram)
5 sudu besar sos tomato
2 sudu besar sos tiram
sedikit gula,garam dan serbuk perasa
Cara buat inti:
-panaskan minyak masak kemudian tumiskan bawang besar sehingga naik bau.kemudian masukkan isi ayam.apabila isi ayam nampak keputihan masukkan sos tomato dan sos tiram.selepas itu masukkan sayur campur.masak sebentar.masukkan gula,garam dan serbuk perasa.kemudian kacau hingga masak.
-masukkan kesemua telur dalam satu bekas kemudian masukkan inti yg di masak tadi ke dalam bekas yg berisi telur.kacau sehingga sebati.
Cara membuat pastri:
-campur tepung,garam,serbuk penaik,mentega dan majerin dalam satu bekas.gaul dengan hujung jari sehingga menjadi seperti serbuk roti.
-masukkan sebiji telur dah gaul lagi.setelah itu masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit.gaul adunan hingga adunan itu boleh di canai.
-ambil 1/2 atau sedikit drpd adunan yg diuli td (tgk kpd saiz bekas yg hendak digunakan utk membakar) kemudian canai(jgn terlalu nipis).
-letakkan adunan yg di canai td ke dalam bekas yg digunakan utk membakar.kemudian masukkan intinya.
-ambil adunan pastri yg selebihnya kemudian canai.setelah dicanai,tutupkan inti td dengan adunan yg dicanai itu.
-potong lebihan tepinya kemudian tekan dgn garpu supaya ia lekat(boleh juga diklip mcm buat karipap).setelah itu sapu kuning telur di atas pie.
-bakar selama 45 minit dengan suhu 180 darjah celcius.
*biasa saya buat resepi ni dpt 2 bekas yg berdiameter 16cm.
*resepi asal dia masukkan mustard ke dalam inti tu,tp saya x pernah jumpe mustard kat kedai.
