kalau tak silap la kan..simptom masalah apendiks ni. rasa sakit bermula di tengah tengah abdomen then rasa sakit tu merebak ....kalau selalu kena sakit perut yg camni eloklah jumpa doktor sebelum apendiks tu pecah... |

kesian dia koma..pastu lumpuh dr pinggang ke bwh...
tu dh berbelas taun dulu..
tp skng alhamdulillah...abg tu dh boleh jln sikit2 gune walker...
wpun byk mse dia kene duduk je kt kusi roda.... |

apendix nee mmg kalau dah pecah akan membahakan nyawa, ayah saya pernah kena bedah coz apendix tahap ...

ayah awak wat operation kat mana? masa saya kena appendix 35 tahun dahulu, saya jalani kat Hospital Assunta. Alhamdulillah, memang tak de masalah walaupun saya juga alami appendix yang dah nak pecah! Saya juga pernah lahir c-sec anak sulung & lahir normal 3 orang anak lepas tu. Memang tak de masalah setakat ni! Syukor!  |

appendicitis is a clinical diagnosis, which, we dont need high class investigations to confirm it, enough with simple blood samples, clinical examination and observation, then we can suspect it.. it may come, and may go, remain silent and may come again.
perhaps at that time you have appendicitis, then it went off the next day... dont blame the doctors, i believe they are on the right track. |

betul la tu apa dr tu buat...
sakit perut yang biasa2 / vague clinical symptoms and signs.. kita akan suspect gastrik...dan rawat sebagai gastric...
dia pesan datang balik kalau sakit tak ilang kan? so maknanya dia nak re evaluate balik ketepatan diagnosis dan tukar jika tanda2 klinikal tidak seperti yang dijangka...
cuma dr tu tak cakap, kalau malam sakit tak hilang, makin kuat pergi hospital.. |

there wasnt any blood test. just merely some q&a "sakit belah mana?" "period ok?" "bila last makan?" kinda thing.adalah dlm 5,6 soalan; lepas tu tekan skali perut n done. oh well, maybe dorg pun busy, emergency ward kan. ain't blaming noone, sorry if apa saya ckp mengjengkelkan anda.
takkan tak boleh ckp lgsg kot pasal doktor2 ni, kalau mmg itu ceritanya? chill la. |

oh btw, saya tak ckp pun saya demand HIGH CLASS examination ye. cukup kalau proper. n if <10 q&a, and simply tekan terus dapat detect apendiks n mmg itu selayak caranya, then im sorry.

Well you said you have been admitted a day in ward right? They admit for observation... I believe at least simple blood investigation taken once you were warded. Most of the time taken during u were inserted with iv line. Once pain resolve the next day it is unlikely appendicitis, or even if it is, very rare need surgery in that condition. You deserve to ask question what happened to you, next if u seek treatment with any medical / health practicioner. You will choose the treatment you want, not the doctor.. |

Aku pun pernah kena operate apendik, masa tu kecik lagi umoq 8 tahun ..kes aku dah 50/50, dr terpaksa tebuk satu lagi lubang kat perut aku untuk keluarkan nanah .. Alhamdulillah selamat ..tapi yang lucunya perut aku ni macam ada 2 pusat..he he he |

Usually memang dengan tekan2 perut most of the time we get the diagnosis of acute appendicites.. And question doesnt need to be numerous... Enough few ... Tak ada sapa nak tanya soalan berjela jela time org tengah sakit..Some with good clinical experience sometimes can rule out the illness merely by observing the patient, no need to ask the question even.. They learn the behaviour of the patients...How do they present usually.. |

Mase adik sagi umur 3 tahun pernah dpt appendiks...
memula dia kater sakit perut... pastu dia cam x tahan dah asik nanges jer
antar gi klinik then doctor kater ader appendiks...
terus antar gi sepital wat operation..
pak long sagi dengar pasal adik sagi kena appendik terus gi sepital tengok adik...
pak long ni dulu ader anak baya adik sagi... dah arwah sebab appendix dah pecah x sempat nak operate....
hujung tahun lepas pak long sagi ni dah meninggal dunia ... Al-Fatihah utk arwah pak long dan arwah anak pak long tu |
