[MERGED] Customer Service di Malaysia : Update- Lama Kena Tunggu Kat Hospital

aci call Maybank... mau tanya cheque clearance punya hal... lagi satu purumpuan angkat.... suruh hold sikijap... satu kali dia cakap.... "u punya account suda kena block, u kena setel sama citibank... ada orang saman... bla bla bla".....
aci lagi 3 saat mau kena heart attack, tiba2 aci baru sadar itu purumpuan cakap sama worang lain depan dia punya kaunter.... mangkokkkkk!!! kalau aci mati terkejut, aci saman sama you!!!!!
apasal maybank punya human touch banyak hampeh nowadays? summua suda jadi machine ka?

serious la woi.... tadi aci butul2 rasa mau leukimia... oksigen tara sampai kapla otak pasal itu hempedu berhenti pam darah.... takajut punya hal....... apa fasal la itu purumpuan bank cakap itu macam... tara tau ka worang telefon boley mati dungar itu 'saman saman'...... lagi account dlm ada juta2 rupee pun kena block mana boley itu macam..... my long life saving maaaa.....
aci ingat sikarnag punya bank pun mmg tara mesra pengguna.... mungkin fasal Bank Rompak Bonus Kami punya hal lah.... |

bukan maybank sahaja yang teruk customer service dia -
tak ada human touch segala -
tapi CIMB juga and especially government services
such as - immigration office --
rasanya ada dah buka thread tentang lousy customer service ni
nanti later saya akan beri reference nya --
true enough - tak kira on the phone or walk in customer
memang customer services di malaysia sangatlah teruk -
walhal selalu sangat kita dengar tentang orang malaysia ni
peramah berbudi bahasa -
tapi yang nyata - sikit aje percentage tu --
tengok cara tulisan di forum ini pun kita tahu yang ramai orang2
malaysia yang masih tak tahu hendak berbudi bahasa dan berhemah
sesama insan - waima apa bangsa sekalipun -- |

lebih baik call bank tmpt kita bukak acct tu... cepat skit nk settle
aku rasa staff maybank mogok malas pasal bank rompak depa... |

yup - tak semua government services teruk
and tak semua bank teruk --
hong leong okay service dia --
kebanyakkan saje yang tak mesra customer
dan layan acuh tak acuh --
worst part is bila depa buka 1 or 2 kaunter aje
orang yang beratur puluh2 orang masa lunch
bad services - |
