Rod Laver Arena - the venue of Australian Open (Tennis)


MCG - the famous sporting ground of Melbourne hosting various sporting activities from AFL (Australian Rule Football or Footy), Cricket, Football (Australia vs Greece friendly was played on the night  I left Melbourne).

best jugak though my photos above do not do justice to it sebab semua kat city je; byk lagi tempat2 menarik.  nanti ada masa, saya scan & tampal (setgh guna digicam, setgh guna film).

except maybe the weather he he... and winter at times can be quite depressing though

no doubt it's more 'happening' than the more formal big sister Sydney... even the Olympics came to Melbourne first...

I agree foundation could do a little more with the pictures. How I wish I can help but my own collection pun entah ke mana from pre-digital era....

semalam baru je balik dari melbourne..borong barang runcit kat chinatown..ponat weh 3 jam drive..kita dah tak dok kat melbourne..dok border vic & nsw skarang ni...2 years ago tinggal near chadstone..bosanlah dok sini..tak happening langsung..

part weather tu memang betul..kekadang dlm satu hari boleh dpt 4 season...winter at least kitorg tak de snow..takdelah sejuk sangat mcm kat london ke ny ke..sydney tu rival melbourne...mana boleh kalah ngan melbourne..
