tu dah lain punye parameter. masyarakat cina kat malaysia setau aku mmg hormat tentang halal haram ...

Berapa banyak kerja the manager nak kena buat dalam memberi kelonggaran atas dasar kemanusiaan?....ie to check yang dibawa masuk itu vegetarian food dan bukan yang mengandungi benda yang tidak halal dalam eatery yang halal?

The others who were patronizing the eatery,the same time the family yang kena halau née obviously tak akan tahu sebab dan musabab jika mereka lihat family ini yang bawak masuk makanan luar sedangkan eatery itu dah terang terang letak advisory "strictly NO outside FOOD".......so now  I ask...how do you do justice to this customers of yours in ensuring them that you are guarding the rules and regulations that you set?

first thing first, shame on the family for not choosing appropriate place to eat sbb dah tau bapak d ...

the best is before entering the restaurant,tanya dulu sama ada pihak restaurant can tolerate enough with customer's need..

biasa waiter akan dtg to serve dr entrance,patut di situ lah request..

then x de la kecoh mcm ni,knowing ada family member yg dibawa tu terpaksa berpantang makan byk jenis makanan due to health..

masalah bila some customer suka buat decision sendiri,then baru nak harap budi bicara pihak restaurant..

klu dr cerita si anak tu balik bercuti from middle eastern country kan,mungkin nak makan sekeluarga outside,and at the same time x nak leave the sick father alone...

Akupun ada experience dgn customer yg bawa own food ke restoran yg sah-sah mmg tak benarkan ada outs ...

saye pantang bila nak order air panas server kata we don't have plain hot water. kalau server restaurant yg buat mcm ni and yg jenis kata 'we don't have hot water', (kita tau la mreka buat camtu sebab nak org order drink)..... i kata 'do u serve hot coffee? do u serve hot tea?????' dia naively anguk yes "so u Have hot water, why can't u serve me hot water then? I Will pay. I don't drink anything else while eating" ...pastu server jawab "ya ok ok..no no don't have to pay" eh org nak bayar takmo?

reason i buat camtu bukan sebab nak save duit tapi sebab masa makan i memang habit tak minum.. dan kalau hirup pun air kosong panas kalau nak clearkan tekak. lepas makan atau baru order la coffee ka cappucinno ke(atau masa order tu tapi suruh serve last).

The truth is there are flexibility here. u bring the cake for birthday party, food for infant, food for sick person. This is unwritten rules.
if u want to follow rules 100%. obviously kid cannot bring their sweet, bottle of milk. clear the sweet in ur mouth before enter chilis.
i am not the type of person yg skema follow 100% the book.

there are flexibility for some reason..

video dah jadi viral, we here talk about chilis, everybody talk about it, the video will remain online forever,
director of chilis have to clear this thing, people will think there are no flexible at chilis..

obviously that mamat is totally wrong.. but the decision yg ms rozi buat is bad decision.

u cannot control customer. ada pelbagai ragam customer. but u must cleaver when take any decision. so everybody happy.

off topic sat..

Aku ngn member pernah makan kat MidValley nyer cawangan..
Waiter foreigner... tp dia leh main gurau2 plak ngn kitorg masa nak amik order..
kitorg order juice or soft drinks.. teramah lebih agaknya mamat tu. (x tau bangla/pakistan)

dia ckp kitorg apsal x nak order alcohol? beer? ala2 mcm senyum cam sajer.. in that situation kitorg mcm rs dia x hormat agama la.. if dia x tau pun.. aku rs CHILIS sepatutnya dah train dia pasal benda2 ni..

Nak jadi cerita.. diam2 kwn aku pi email chilis komplen pasal ni.. sekali bg nama pekerja tu.. sbb kan ada nametag.. oleh kerana itu.. email kawan aku direply dgn kata2 maaf and akan improve pasal knowledge pekerja2 dia.. and dlm sama dia bg kitorg VOUCHER Chilis RM50.. kot x silap aku.. hehehe!

okay done.. tu jer nak share cerita..
