tapi tu la... dugaannya maha hebat kalo puasa time2 bulan biasa nih...
dah tengah ari dah menggeletar satu badan.. tu belum dugaan lain.. hehe

nazlina.. mmg skrg ni dah kurang makan nasi....
kdg2 sehari suntuk tak makan nasi....
makan buah n kekadang nestum/oat...
ntahla... kdg2 malu gak kuar g jalan2.. baju pun dah ketat...

rasanya mslh perut buncit hampir 100% sbb air.. kalo nasi skali mkn 4 pinggan pun pyh sgt nk buncit kalo cuma minum air sejam pas tu.. time minum air tu pun kena jaga gak.. jgn lebih 3 teguk utk kali pertama.. kalo rasa tak cukup minum lagi 2 teguk.. gitu la seterusnya..
tp slalunya kalo dh smpai sejam pas mkn baru nk minum, mmg xteringin dh nk minum.. tp memula tu berat gak la dugaan utk tak terus minum air pas mkn (tgh mkn lg2 la bahaya).. janji kalo mkn pelan2 dan tak gelojoh pyh la nk mengkelan.. 33 kali kunyah (org kata ni sunah nabi).. bykkan mkn ulam2 mentah.. baru la lama skit kita terpaksa kunyah..

nak bagi tahan puasa cam nih..

mase sahur makan je cam biase.. tapi lepas tu minum segelas Had'is Nutrimeal atau minum Red Guara Cafe..

Insya-Allah, tahan sampai waktu berbuka...
