a.ah kne avoid kt sume tu.. sbb bende tu kadar indeks glesemik tinggi.. membuat kadar insulin badan naik.. so badan akan simpan lemak yg masuk.. |

based on my reading nk boost up kte pnye metabolisme ,kte kna mkn byk kali but in a small portion (5,6 kali per day).so that kte pnye system akn sentiasa bekerja and not to forgot mkn buah |
