   i ada kawan yang kurus sangat tapi makan, ya ampun, sekali makan macam untuk 5 orang makan pastu boleh bangga plak badan masih kurus

   a.ah kne avoid kt sume tu.. sbb bende tu kadar indeks glesemik tinggi.. membuat kadar insulin badan naik.. so badan akan simpan lemak yg masuk..

based on my reading nk boost up kte pnye metabolisme ,kte kna mkn byk kali but in a small portion (5,6 kali per day).so that kte pnye system akn sentiasa bekerja and not to forgot mkn buah
