Auntie akan cuba cara pengurusan badan ni. Perlu mengurangkan 5 kg....

finally thread gemuk yang betul2 gemuk bukan thread aku dah gemukkk, tp sbenarnya gemuk manja(ala2 berat 50 kg nk kurangkan 40kg,pfffftt)

to tt, i pun mcm u gak...before lagi berat dr berat u..i busykan diri, cut sikit apa i makan, do exercise nampaklah beza sikit..wlpn slow sikit lar sbb turun dlm 2 kg jer..but for this new year i will continue...

hahaha iols nyampah gak penyakit gemuk gitu. ada iklan lond** we**** mana***** tu...stress berat 60kg! padahal tu la berat idaman iols..hahaha

korgg..iols dah order besikal idaman. kang jap g sampai.

hohoho


niat aku nak sehat n fit sikit la..tp kalau dpt badan cm naomi campbell pon iols xmenolak. kikiki

hmmm..i pnh dgr yg utk kuruskan badan...80% dr pemakanan dan 20% dari exercise.
pengalaman i pun mcm incline towards that..
dh meningkat usia ni..i dh start mkn healthier la..brown rice..brown sugar..fruits..vege..the cliche ones..u know the drill..
mmg org kata brown rice tu rasa lain..xleh telan..but its good sbb dia buat u xlapa for a longer time compared to white rice yg sugary tu..sugar intake mmg kne reduce sbb tu la punca most ppl naik berat bdn..
minum green tea..i suggest genmaicha..sedap! tp jgn taruk gula..minum pure. mula2 iols xleh telan gak..tp ble lps minum green tea ni, kita punye metabolism naik kan..so..kita jd lebih active and alert. serious best..so iols telankan jua..lama2 jd best..

nk bersenam tu..kne commit at least 1hour per day. cardio la cpt sket...kalo trus strength nti takut bdn terkujat..and that exercise thing u post tu? that thing sgttttt best. but then again..bttr pegi gym..5 hengget je skali masuk..mainlah equipment ape pun hang nak..
amek contoh victoria secret punye model punye exercise regime..konfem kurus! (dan lunyai masa awl2 tu)

sambil tenguk tv, sambil mengayuh...



so azam me tahun ni ialah sambil habiskan
season 1 sleepy hollow, sambil berexercise..

tahun 2015 rasa tak mampu nak atkins. ikan mahal. ayam mahal. takkan aku nak telan telur je. hahaha. lagipun aku atkins tengah tahun lepas, mmg turun weight tapi bila stop dan makan seperti biasa, weight itu datang kembali. adekah aku perlu berdiet sepanjang hayat?

hari ni cuba latih diri minum air kosong banyak2. takpelah aku try diet ikut keselesaan. taknak sekat makan melampau2. kena rajinkan diri bersenam.

tadi aku ingat nak amik rawatan bayar duit beriban, tapi aku dah nampak pulak satu iklan course yang aku nak ambik. so baik aku spend kat course tambah skill dalam hidup demi menempuh tahun 2015 ini.

TT, apa kata cuba exercise yang x mengeluarkan duit yang banyak pun, contoh joging, badminton dsb.  TT cuba cari kwn untuk wat aktiviti sihat, bila ada kwn,bru semangat...Kdg2 nk sihat xperlukan modal yang byk pun, apa yg penting adalah disiplin dan konsisten n jaga pemakanan.

Bukan apa, takot nanti beli alat mahal2, bila sampai tahap hangat2 taik ayam, jd membazir pulak..Ok tt, cuba aktiviti yg fun tapi menyihatkan ye..smoga bjaya

ye..iols paham issue hangat2 taik ayam tu. tp iols dah beli pon bicycle exercise tu..mlm2 duk kayuh 10km dulu..harap2 konsistent la..sok da boring iols cuba aktiviti luar bersama rakan2 juga...hehehe

Alhamdulillah, bagusla mcm tu tt..sis doakan tt terus berdisiplin n capai target untuk sihat.  Ingt, tt perlukan moral support jugak tau, jgn pedulikn org2 negatif yang perli kalo kita diet or apa2 yang boleh melemahkan semangat.  Gud luck
