Pajeri or Paceri Rebung tu sama je mcm buat Pajeri nenas, pajeri terung or lain lain pajeri..cuma gantikan dgn rebung jeruk aje...
sedappp tauuuu
FYI byk lagi sayuran/buah yg boleh dibuat pajeri cth :
mangga
kedondong
rambutan [esp jenis masam]
labu
pisang [jenis yg masam sket]
dgn apple pun boleh..

konsep dia sama je mcm buat chutney..

kalau tak salah..namanya rendang terlagi-lagi
rasa cam makan rendang daging hancur... tapi pastu siap laaaa
legaa semua angin2 kat badan..hihihihi
nih rendang tradisional yg asalnya dari perak
nanti me carikan resepinya..

sama mcm air asam biasa cuma tambah kerisik..yg buat sedap tak terhingga tu bila kita pandai balancekan rasa masam manis n pedas dia
plus gunakan belacan yg berkualiti [tapi jgn byk sgt]
kadang2 sebahagian cili merah tu saya tumbuk ..then campur dgn yg hiris

resepi yg maisya guna tu dah betui cuma tak taruk kerisik jek..

dah banyak hari dok berangan nak buat Chicken Kabsah nih..akhirnya semalam berjaya jugak
selalunya makan ciken kabsa nih kat restoren Sabaa' Cyberjaya
resepinya amik kat internet jek.. tak susah mana pun..

 
nasi kabsa dengan salad dan sos pudina

acar timun kalau nak tahan lama..kene buang biji timun tu..part tu yg senang sangat masam n cepat basi..
satu lagi..jgn gaul dalam bekas besi, ade chemical reaction yg turut akan buat acar cepat basi.. n kene jaga betui2 bab2 hygine nih...
