4.1942 A LOVE STORY ( she left this in b/w as they were not paying her rite price , the VIDHUI VINOD CHOPRA after that dispute declared that they would never work wid madhuri again)
5.ASTITVA ---(TABBU GOT THE BEST ACTRESS AWARD FOR THIS GR8 ROLE)
6.DAMINI (mutual decision taken by madhuri n raj kumar santoshi that madhuri would look too young in that role as as she was hardly 23 or 24 at that time n the role demand someone mature) {but a non actress like MEENAKSHI got the NATIONAL AWARD for this }
7.HUM SAATH SAATH HAIN (again a mutual decision taken by madz n sooraj barjatya as none of the role was suiting madhuri's standard)
9.PARINEETA ( not offered to her as she was pregnant then but she was the original choice ,director PRADEEP KUMAR said this in an interview)
10.HUM AAPKE DIL ME REHTE HAIN (not offered but was the original choice)
11.BAGHBAN ( madhuri rejected that role n i think she made a rite decision as she would not suit that aged character at 34 ,neither that was a gr8 role)
