Bomb threat at Bursa M'sia HQ

The Bursa Malaysia headquarters at the Exchange Square in Kuala Lumpur has been evacuated following a bomb threat, according to Astro Awani.
There is heavy police presence in the area while the surrounding roads have also been cordoned off.
Meanwhile, The Star Online reported that the threat via a phone call.
Trading on Bursa Malaysia, it said, continued as normal despite the threat.
In a press statement, Bursa Malaysia said its building management received the bomb threat at 12.01pm.
It said as a precaution, all tenants and staff have been evacuated and respective Business Continuity Plans (BCP) have been activated.
Bursa Malaysia said trading is expected to resume as normal with the pre-opening at 2.00pm and trading for afternoon session to start at 2.30pm.

kami yg berjiran dgn bursa ni dok la berangan kot2 akan diarahkan keluar gak dari building kami & dibenarkan balik awal...  |
