NinoZ, sampai sekarang tak jumpa lagi Resipi Kek Hati Pari tu. Kalau tak silap kek tu bnyk guna kismis & dikisar. Selain tu telur, gula, tepung etc. InsyaAllah kalau ada, saya post kat sini okay.

BTW, tempura pun sedap utk minum ptg esp. petang Sabtu & Ahad di mana dpt berkumpul dgn family.

KEK HATI PARI


Bahan-bahan

454 gm mentega
10 biji telur
2 gelas tepung gandum
3 gelas gula kasar ( 1 gelas dijadikan gula hangus)
1 Kati kismis hitam/ buah prunne ( Di kisar halus bersama 1 gelas air )
1 tin susu pekat manis
1 sudu besar browning
1 sudu teh vanilla

Cara Membuat

Pukul gula bersama mentega hingga kembang.Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul hingga sebati.Masukkan susu pekat manis , vanilla dan kacau hingga sebati.
Masukkan gula hangus dan browning. Seterusnya masukkan kismis/prunne yang dikisar dan kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan tepung sedikit-sedikit dan kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan kedalam acuan dan kukuslah selama 8 jam.

leh buat hidangan utk juadah ptg jugak rasanya..

Luckily you found the recipe. I think that's the correct recipe & you got to try it first. Actually, kek ni tahan berbulan2 lamanya & boleh tahan for a yr. Tak payah simpan dlm peti sejuk but best simpan dlm peti sejuk. Make sure simpan dlm container. Kalau tak silap, resipi asal tak ada guna susu manis sebab susu buat kek cepat tak elok.

Yup, boleh dihidangkan utk minum ptg. But I still prefer cucur ikan bilis, cucur ubi kayu etc. Tak suka makan benda2 manis.

My reply:-

Cakoi panas pun sedap minum dgn kopi atau teh panas. Emak saya selalu jugak buat sejenis pancake tu. Simple je. Bahan2 cuma tepung, mentega & garam. Lepas tu dicanai bulat & digoreng dgn sedikit minyak. Sedap dimakan begitu saja. Kalau ada kari ayam atau kari dhall lagilah sedap.

Actually, saya belum breakfast lagi.

mmm.. aku lunch pon bfast pon lom lagi.. lunch pon blom ... isk isk..

kalo minum petang, kat umah selalu buat cekodok, cucur cempedak... roti goreng celup telur..

pastu suka roti sardin, yum yum... ;)

Cucur cempedak memang sedap. Kat Kuching sekarang ni, berlambak buah cempedak & durian. Buah durian pun makin murah sekarang. Biji buah cempedak boleh direbus & sedap dihidang utk minum ptg. Selalunya saya rebus biji cempedak dlm periuk & ditutup rapat masa merebus. Sebab nak bagi buah cempedak tu lembut. Lepas tu bubuh garam.

Sandwich tuna & cheese pun sedap. Sekarang ni teringin nak makan roasted chicken ala Christmas.

Daun muda nangka & cempedak yg dah direbus sedap buat ulam kot. Boleh bagi kat Ajinomotosuga utk turunkan darah dia. He he he. Sebab dia selalu naik darah kat LP Forum.
