ANEKA CUCUR [CEKODOK/CEMPEDAK/UBI/JAGUNG/UDANG/IKAN BILIS DSB]

A healthier version of cekodok pisang @ banana dumplings :-)

Made this for breakfast and decided to make it a tad healthier than the usual cekodok pisang.



Ingredients:

2 medium sized, ripe bananas
3-4 tbsp flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp desiccated coconut ( dry grated coconut )
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1-2 tsp cooking oil ( I used vege oil )

How to make:

1. Mash the bananas and mix well with sugar and salt followed by 3-4 tbsp of flour and baking powder.
2. Add the desiccated coconut, cinnamon powder and oil and mix well.
3. Preheat oven to 160-180deg.
4. Pour in about 1 tbsp of the mixture into a mini muffin tray and bake until golden brown.



Easy to make, no deep-frying = less fat in one piece of cekodoks. Taste wise, still yummy.

Camni la Kita buat kitanya cekodok. Rasa bleh tahan sedap and sbb tak goreng so tak berminyak.  Sesapa yg sudi mencuba, sila silakan la yer

salam akak2 n sifu2 n chef2 diva...hehehe...up skit!
cam ner nk buat cekodok pisang/kuih boom..
yg gebu2..dlm dier mcm kek tu...
slalu buat yg biasa jek...
pertanyaan td di dahului dgn sekuntum munge...:flower:

600 g pisang ranum

minyak utk menggoreng
Lecek pisang kemudian masukkan telur, susu dan gula. Ayak tepung, soda dan garam ke dalam adunan. Kacau rata. Adunan hendaklah agak keras; jika lembik, bentuknya tidak akan bulat. Biar adunan selama 2 jam kemudian barulah dibentukkan bulat dan digoreng di dalam minyak yg panas hingga keemasan. Toskan minyaknya.
Nota:
Sukatan tepung bergantung pada kelembapan pisang kerana pisang yg terlalu ranum memerlukan tepung yg lebih.

Korang pernah x mkan cekodok durian...
Sapa tau boleh la tolong bagi resepi.Bab Za pernah dengar orang cakap ada cekodok durian tapi x pernah rasa lagi.....

cekodok durian ni paling sedap bagi zie..kalau nak cepat, zie ikut cara cam ixora..kalau rajin ckit..zie buat pes durian sebagai inti sbb yg ni lagi terasa 'kedurianan'  
Dok sebut2 ni terliurlah pula nak makan.

adehh...sempat lak zie nie..
tapi samalah kita..
kalau wat kodok doyan..nk cepat perisi jer doyan tuh..wat mcm kodok pisang gak..
tapi ada gakk yang goreng doyan nie sebijik2..mcm cempedak goreng tuh..
pernah rasa dulu..masa derang wat food fare kat Penang beberapa abad yang lepas..hehe

tepung apa guna nak goreng cempedak?

sowy forummer semua...

nak tnya...camana kita nak goreng cempedak cantik jer cam jual kat gerai tu?
semalam chebot guna tepung adabi tapi berminyak la...pastu melekat2 plak tu...huh...tak suker....
kalo ada kat cni yg tau tu kongsi2 yer.......

me selalu gaul tepung beras ngan telo (dipukul) kendian, boh minyak msk sket...boh serbuk kunyit sket, nak kasik kekuningan....sedap, dan rangup...cubala

selalu misa guna tepung yg mcm kita goreng pisang tu.
jarang guna tepung adabi atau yg seangkatan dgnnya sbb berminyak sangat.
atau boleh juga ambil tepung gandum dan campur sikit dgn tepung beras nak bagik ranggup
pastu letak 1 sudu margerine, garam secukup rasa dan air masak secukupnya. nak lagik ranggup letak sikit kapur makan tp tak digalakkan.
