pisang emas kecik dari pisang berangan....aiman jannah tambah la sebiji dua lg....

tak tepat sgt pun tak pa........sbb pisang ni saiz dia tak sama walaupun sama jenis.....rasanya tak menjejaskan tekstur kek tu....

Ni projek jumaat lepas...bnyk sgt pisang, tu yg buat kek pisang. Resepi asal dr Yochana. Kero x de whip cream @ susu cair, guna air je & letak walnut skit. bakar dlm loyang 9". Moist laa jugak kek nye bak kata blog bakingmum tu.



Banana Cake

Ingredients:

180 gm. Butter
180 gm. Fine sugar (I cut down to 150 gm)
2 nos. Extra large Eggs - beaten lightly
250 gm. Cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Bicarbonate of Soda
220 gm. Bananas - mashed
50 gm. Dairy whip cream (I use evaporated milk)
1/2 tsp. Banana essence (I replace with 1 tsp vanila essence)
2 bananas - slice

Method:

(1) Cream butter and sugar till light and creamy.
(2) Pour in eggs gradually and beat till creamy.
(3) Add in whip cream, mashed bananas and banana essence and mix well.
(4) Add in cake flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda and beat for a while only.
(5) Pour into an 8" round tray, and arrange sliced bananas on top.
(6) Bake at 175C for about 50 to 60 mins. or until cooked.

maklang, nak tanya......

semalam kita try buat kek pisang guna resepi maklang ni. tapi kek kita jadik tak gebu n padat je texture dia. nak kata bantat tak jugak sebab kek nya lembut. kenapa ye? untuk makluman kita blend bahan2 tu dalam 10 minit gitu.

Banana Crumb Muffins

hello!!!
this is a recipe that i got from allrecipes.com...
tried to baked it twice with some alterations to
the ingredients.actually the recipe is for muffin but
fairy convert jadik cake
very2 nice and highly recommended!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (sift)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda (sift)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (sift)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 bananas, mashed (if the banana is too ripe then the sugar kurangkan)
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted (i changed this to 1/3 cup of olive oil)
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (tukar to 1/4 t/spoon--me like cinnamon!)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • I add in extra 1/3 cup milk so that it will be more fluffy
DIRECTIONS
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter(and milk if you are adding it). Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  • In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • A very easy recipe.sayang kalau tak cuba!

adnil skrg nih tgh cuti bersalin, pantang ada lagi beberapa hari nak habis, bosan giler dok umah nih... leh kata at least sekali seminggu mesti wat kek atau kuih sampai kena sound dek mama pasal ligat sgt... tadi teringat semalam ada beli pisang, sampai hari nih cam tak laku jer pisang tu, so try lah buat kek pisang resepi maklang sebab ramuan dia tak banyak dan semua ada kat rumah.. jadi tadi kul 3 pm kek masuk oven, kul 4 keluar oven, jap tadi dah merasmikan kek tu... sedapp dan gebus.. memang recommended la... senang, sedap, budget ciput... thanks maklang for sharing such a good recipe..

Cantik betul you deco cake pisang ni tapi for kek pisang I prefer plain sebab kalau letak icing rasa hilang rasa original pisang tu.

Nak tanya, anyone tahu resepi 'Chocolate Cake Banana' from Secret Recipe Cafe Malaysia? I really want to know what kind of frosting they use in between. Is it White Chocolate Mousse? I know they use Chocolate Ganache to cover the whole cake, but still wondering what is the cream in between layer. I tried it last week, turned out wonderful, but still not the same taste as the Secret Recipe Choc Banana Cake. Please anyone?

I stumbled a recipe called "Awfully Chocolate Banana Cake" which is similar to SR Chocolate Banana at Yochana Cake Delights.Blogspot..The frosting is called chocolate mousse..

boleh gak kita kukus kek pisang ni...tapi ambik masa lama sket...klu versi bakar cuma 50 minit...tp klu kukus kena dalam 1 1/2 jam...macam tu la lebih kurang...

harap kengkawan sudi mencuba resepi ni sebab ia amat mudah disediakan dan hasilnya memang puas hati...gebu...lembut...dan rasa manis yang sedang elok....

SELAMAT MENCUBA...


KEK PISANG

7 biji pisang berangan
1 cawan gula pasir
2 cawan tepung
1 cawan minyak masak
3 biji telur B
1/2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1/2 sudu teh baking powder

Cara :
1.  Pisang dan gula diblender hingga hancur
2.  Masukkan telur satu persatu, blend lagi.  Tambah soda bikarbonat dan baking powder.
3.  Keluarkan adunan pisang daripada blender dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk besar.
4.  Kemudain, masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan gaul rata.
5.  Akhir sekali, masukkan minyak masak dan gaul sebati.
6.  Bakar selama 50-60 minit @ 170C atau sehingga kek masak.

*** kalau nak kukus pun boleh gak...kukus selama 1 1/2 jam...pas tu bakar jap untuk bagi luar dia garing...
