you can use it for 30minutes at one time...meaning 10 minutes tummy, 10 minutes thighs and 10minutes butt.......after that let it rest about 30 minutes to an hour before using it again if u want it.....another thing to take note is........see how your body can take it......they actually reminded to not over excercise your body.....so use it slowly and gradually increase it.
it is best to do 30 minutes in the morning, 30minutes in the afternoon (if you are not working unless u want to take it to office lol) and 30 minutes at night |

today tak buat kat butt lagik laa...need to slim down my huge butt...

hi nak ask..macam mana u all buat kat butt eh.. lie down flat on yr stomach ker aper eh.. me kadang2 buat is on perut ajer.. tu pon sambil makan2 snacks depan comp.. teruk betol...but cannot eat one hour before and after that ting kan.. i tink i have to follow the rules.. |

for excercise sake....stand up for 10 minutes and do it hehehehehe.....i guess u can lay on your tummy to do it.
oh yes that is right on the eating part

dah laa lie down atas katil...sambil berzap-zap tu, terus tertido last nite...
since that i have big butt...boleh bagi 2 part...the upper butt & lower butt...:lol

lah demam uzap ker kat cni...got mine as the birthday present...so were the iTango..result were ok tho guna once in a while...sebab c-section so kat perut blum test lagik..but the rest best! itango bagus utk storm yg tak bleh urut..at least kuar gak angin2 dalam badan... |
