Betul tu..nanti letih2 kite cari buyer..akhir2 die pi direct kpd owner atau main broker (kire aku ni nak jadi sub-broker la ni)

err...ape sebenarnye tujuan/keperluan untuk LOI ni? sebagau prove yg ade potential buyer spy owner bagi tengok documents ke? atau ade kepentingan lain?

yup....more like prove jer.Lagi convince la owner nak go on with further negotiation.

Adakah LOI jugak berfungsi sbg gerenti kpd potential buyer yg owner tu takkan senang2 kasi buyer lain potong line??

saya nak mencarik tanah utk buat rumah ke.. area gombak, selayang dan sewaktu dgnnya...

Kalau potential buyer tak keluar LOI ada masalah ke kalau owner tunjuk dokumen jugak? sebb aku masih tak berapa nampak kepentingan LOI ni.. lain la kalau wang deposit. atau surat mengatakan yg mmh confirm buyer tu akan beli tanah tersebut.

pada aku laaa
LOi tu tuk menyatakan bahawa kita ada bawa potential buyer yg berminat nak beli tanah tu...
so kita boleh laa terus buat surat under taking tuk bahgian kita pada penjualan tanah tu.. just secure je

tapi kalau ko leh confirmkan dgn seller... kalau buyer tu jadi je beli tanah tu... bahagian ko masih ada... ada ke hitam putihnye
so dari LOi tu laa baru leh buat surat undertaking tu.... itu yg aku buat laa..
