haaa..nie la yg boss aku bgtau hari tu. dia kata fishy sket developer nie. kejap kata mcm nie, pastu kata mcm tu plak.
mula2 kata nak buat rumah kos rendah, pastu tetiba jadi townvilla plak.
kalo tak salah skang nie ada 10 new development ngah buat kat cyberjaya. domain 4 pon dah nak bukak registration...

CYBERJAYA would not be just another boring town filled with offices in a few years time as d¡¯Pulze Cyberjaya is planning to change that perception by bringing everything one needs to one prime and convenient location under one roof.
Designed to be the pulse of Cyberjaya, the 4.3acres of freehold land situated adjacent to the Cyberjaya bus terminal will liven up the atmosphere with the introduction of a vibrant entertainment hub unlike any other.
With approximately 370,000 sq ft of dining, entertainment and leisure with its own alfresco dining strip, supermarket, multi-screen cineplex, family karaoke, gym and spa centre.
While another 630,000 sq ft of d¡¯Pulze goes to its four star international serviced apartment-hotel for its business travellers together with Soho units alongside its hotel block and serviced apartments named Suites @ d¡¯Pulze.

At the Studio, d¡¯Pulze Cyberjaya marketing director YC Wong explains that it has three types of units, namely the studio, one bedroom and two bedroom units all designed with keeping the young working adults in mind.
In total Wong said there are three blocks of apartments but at present only A and B which has 505 units in total were put for sale.
¡°The third block will look similar to A and B but with a different concept,
¡°We are thinking of making it more sophisticated as it has only 150 units in it, but it is still in its early planning stage and will go on sale next year,¡± said Wong at their launch recently.
The built up area for the Studio is 453 sq ft while the one bedroom unit and the two bedroom unit for the first two blocks are 558sq ft and 676 sq ft respectively.
Wong said once completed residents would have taste of living in luxury and do not have to worry about lonely weekends anymore.
¡°They can shop, watch movies and dine here without driving to somewhere further,¡± said Wong.
He adds that public transport was also easily available given its strategic location as buses to Petaling Jaya, Seremban and Kuala Lumpur was just a walk away.

rugi buka shopping center kalau takde penduduk yang ramai. kalau dulu, sini orang datang hanya untuk bekerja, tapi skang tengok berapa banyak resident yang sedang dalam in progress.. nak beli barang barang murah, pergi dengki, nak makan tengahari, pergi terminal...
