Women in civil service can take 5yrs off to raise kids: Najib
PETALING JAYA: Women in the civil service will be allowed to take a cumulative total of five years off from work to raise their children, and will retain their benefits when they return, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said.
Cabinet has given its green light to the proposal, which would take effect within the next few days, he said.
They will retain their positions and automatically qualify for three of the five notional or standard increments they would have been entitled to if they had remained at work.
The five years' no-pay leave can be taken in stages if they so desire
best la pompuan kerja gomen ye!!! dapat option 5 tahun off tapi wa sokong kalau bini wa dapat 5yrs off jaga anak wa tak yah wa cari pembantu rumah yang bkn pun wa bule percaya skrg ni!!

yg keje gomen ramai pompuan.....trutama kt kaunter2..alamatnya makin lambat lar servissssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. trutama kt pejabat tanah slangor tu.............................. :@ |

patut tukar office hours mereka kepada 9.30 to 5.30 every mondays till fridays.
sbb derang nie kena datang awal, pagi2 muker monyok, muker lelap, muker tak bersarapan dan bermacam muka masam tak nak layan org. lambatkan waktu start keje mereka supaya mereka mempunyai cukup tidur dan dpt bertugas dengan lebih ceria. amin. |

btol arr....makin lambat ler nak berurusan dgn org gomen neh nanti....arituh propose mintak balik half day time bulan poser...neh 1 lagi proposal yg mengarut...syok laa ppuan2 yg keje gomen kalo cenggini |

sebenarnya attitude tu kena tukar, pompuan2 keje kat private takde reason nak buat perangai mcm ni, pasal kena sendiri mau ingat kita dah dibayar untuk untuk buat kerja..so kenalah bertanggung jawab sikit. Benda2 personal ke, tak cukup tido pasal letih buat keje rumah ke..itu tanggug sendiri la, jgn bawak ke office..kalau tak baik jadi surirumah sepenuh masa je. |

Kenapa perempuan, terutama mereka yg memperjuangkan hak mereka seperti Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita dan geng SIS, bila menuntut kesamaan gender, mereka tidak membantah tentang usul ini? Sepatutnya sebagai wanita, mereka juga manusia macam lelaki. Takder istilah wanita nie lemah otak, lemah segala2nya. Kalau nak kerja, kerja lar... Hidup kalau takder cabaran, bukan hidup lah namanya. Takkan nak segala2nya senang. Habis tu macam mana dgn pekerja lelaki kalau diorang kena jaga anak diorang bila mak diorang jauh? Contohnya ada kawan aku sorang nie.. dia kena jaga anak dia kat sini, dan bini dia jaga anak diorang yg lain kat tempat lain (sbb tempat kerja jauh antara satu sama lain). Camner tu?
Pastu, kalau anak dah 2 tahun camtu, mesti nak beranak lagi dan lagi.. sampai cukup kuota 5 orang anak dalam kerajaan (dlm kerajaan, hanya 5 anak pertama jer dapat benefit seperti perubatan yg disediakan kerajaan). Jadi cukup ker 5 tahun nak jaga anak? Sedangkan mak aku dulu pun kitorg adik beradik selang 2 tahun.. pastu bekerja pulak tu.. dapat jugak dia besarkan kitorang. No problem at all. |

- cuti bersalin 84 hari (betul, kan?)
- kerja separuh hari di bulan ramadan
- cuti 5 tahun utk besarkan anak (lepas tu anak besar sendiri...pandai2lah nak hidup... )

why is the post kept available for this staff? isn't this denying the chance of staying staff for promotion
what happen if the post is already being filled up? by returning to the same post one year later wouldnt this cause duplication of work?
techology is fast changing, how do you keep up with up-to-date technology if ur away from the work environment for that long? |

Feeeh.. perabihkan duit pembayar cukai jer... |

Gomen bagi cuti 5 thn utk jaga anak....
Jadinya org pompuan gomen bole merancang masa utk
tahun2 pertama tumbesaran anak & merancang anak sekali gus..
Beranak takat 3 org jer kerana:
1) Anak 1st - amik cuti 2 thn
2) Anak ke2 - amik cuti 2 thn
3)Anak ke3- amik cuti 1 thn (krn ada kakak/abg yg dah besar
dan bole sama tlg tgkkan adek kat
Nurseri/Babysitter)
Pastikan cuti 5 thn anda digunakan secara total & bijak bagi melahirkan
anak yg berkualiti...bukan kuantiti...
Hehehe.....org swasta jgn jeles naaaaaaaaaaaaa |

rasernye better gomen wat wajib ader nursery kat setiap ofis gomen.bukan ape,dari cuti lamer2,baiklah letak nursery dah tentu tetiap ari boleh tgk anak.ni sampai 5 tahun cuti,mcm melampaula.skang ni masalah utama,susah nak cari pengasuh and takut anak2 ni terbiar masa kecik.so,dengan adernye nursery kat opis,bleh gak mak2 budak tgk anak slalu.mak kiter keje gomen gak.tak pernah lagi anak2 terabai. |
