5 tahun tu maksimum (sepanjang perkhidmatan dgn gomen). n 5 kali je leh amek kan?? rasenye x pjg pun. n jgn le kate sume org gomen malas keje.. ade sesetengah tu keje lebih hebat g drp org private.. balik umah pun bawak keje.. bukan sume camtu.. tgok bidang keje laa. |

kenapa perlu waktu break? kerja tak sampai berapa jam dah break...pagi breakfast, kul 10 break, then lunch.... 2pm ada break tak? belum kul 4 dah siap2 kemas nak balik...
time kerja berbual sampai tak sedar ada buat silap, dah tu time break pun berbual lagi...banyak tul cerita dorang ni ek... |

don't know about other countries, but in US, they do have this. but the way they implement it is completely different than what malaysia gov is tying to do. they can take 12 weeks paid leave and then sambung up to 1 year. but it's all depend on berapa banyak cuti terkumpul yang mereka ada, including sick leave. if they want to take more than 12 weeks, but don't have enough for paid leave, they can take it without pay. for 1 year leave, there's no guaranteed that they'll get back their original post. however, there's an exception - for executive positions (such as evp, svp, etc.) - posts that are hard to fill with talented people.
for the malaysia gov to implement this, they need to think hard. 5 years is a very long time. i agree but under certain conditions, such as:
1. the employee can't expect to get their job back. employer has the right to assign them to another post if her original post has been taken by someone else.
2. after 6 months, the leave will be unpaid, unless the employee still has paid leave that they can use to still get paid after 6 months.
3. performance review must be based on the work that the employee has done. employee can't get any review/raise while away on unpaid leave.

In my opinion (from a woman's point of view), 5 tahun cuti bersalin is too long. Dah tu, their job is guaranteed when they come back 5 yrs later? Mak oiii! Kat US pun tak ada undang2 macam nie. Kalau you give birth normal delivery, you dapat paid maternity leave for 8 wks aje, kalau through C-sec. dapat 12 wks. Like what Oobi said, if you ada vacation or sick time off, you boleh sambung maternity leave with paid. If tak ada vacation or sick time leave, you nak sambung cuti, memang tak akan bergaji dan your job is not guranteed.
Cuti 5 tahun is too long for me sebab I akan ketinggalan banyak pengetahuan baru dalam bidang penyelidikan. 5 yrs not communicating with people in my field, mak oii, mati kutulah daku. |

Dan panel drp keputusan ini tentunya drp kalangan wanita & juga
lelaki yg dpt melihat keperluan TUMBESARAN THN2 PERTAMA anak
yg begitu penting bg membina rangkaian belia yg berkualiti kelak..
Tak semestinya cuti 5 thn jaga anak tanpa gaji itu diambik....
Terpulang pada keperluan ibu & famili tersbt...

dalam masa 5 thn tu sempat lagi kuar 5 org anak lagi...
p/s : seboleh2nyer aku taknak amik ctg ni..nanti bila pencen makin kurang duit ganjaran perkhidmatan aku....

Cuti 5 tahun ni masuk dalam service ke tak? Kalau cuti tanpa gaji biasa tak masuk dalam service.
Kalau ye, 5 tahun tu memang sah tak dpt service 25 tahun.. N tak dapat pencen separuh gaji la.. Nampak cam taktik kerajaan je..
Kalau kira dlm service, mmg untung la mak2 ni.. |
