Ingat dulu lama jugak tak nampak ninoZ, one of the iron chefs kat CARI ni. Kak Noor Masri pun lama tak nampak kan. Kalau rindu Kak Liza, boleh masuk blog dia cuci mata tengok gambar2 masakan dia. Anak dia best student perakaunan UiTM kan.

NinoZ, tiba2 teringat kat Hooded. Mana dia sekarang?

Back to position. Raya lepas ada buat biskut bubuh dgn udang kering & ikan bilis goreng. Sedap tak terkata & memang laris di pasaran. Baru 3 hari raya dah habis sebab bukan guests je yg makan ttp org2 dlm rumah tu sekali. Nanti saya paste recipe kat sini.

i do have dari buku..... tapi baru cuba 1, poppy seed thumbprint , difficult sikit sebab kalau terlalu lembut biskut boleh spread..... agak lembut, maybe tak sesuai kalau untuk hari raya....

other recipes belum lagi cuba..... ada bars, cookies..... banyak.....

Chempaka, boleh modify kot kalau lembut sgt. Tambah tepung or kurangkan ingredients yg melembutkan biskut.

Saya guna resipi biskut cheese. Memang berhasil. Kakak saya bubuh daun sup/daun bawang utk biskut dia. Memang cantik biskut udang kering dia. Nantilah kita cuba buat & paste kat sini. Tak pyh tunggu raya.

Ini dia resipi Biskut Udang Kering (ikan bilis). Sorry tak ada gambar ttp rasa nak buat kalau ada masa sebab bahan2 semua ada. Cuma takut dtg penyakit malas je.

Biskut Udang Kering (ikan bilis)

Bahan2nya:-
100g mentega
150g self-raising flour
100g udang kering ditumbuk (ikan bilis goreng ditumbuk)
Sedikit lada (pepper)
Sedikit garam (jgn terlalu masin sebab udang kering/ikan bilis dah masin)
1 biji telur kuning
Hirisan daun bawang & daun sup (optional – jika suka)

Cara2 membuatnya:-
1.        Tepung bersama garam & lada digaul sebati. Baru masuk mentega & gaul sampai jadi mcm breadcrumb.
2.        Baru masuk telur, udang kering (atau ikan bilis) & daun sup/daun bawang. Gaul rata sampai jadi dough. Simpan dlm peti sejuk selama 1 jam. Baru canai, sapu kat atas biskut dgn kuning telur & bakar dlm oven mcm biskut lain. (Kalau kakak saya dia potong2 mcm mancis & tak sapu kuning telur.)

PS. Saya biasanya goreng tepung tanpa minyak dlm kuali sebelum digunakan. Cara ini boleh membuat biskut cepat masak & tak hangus kat bwh dia.

akak penah rasa biskut ni dulu..kat umah sorang kawan dari Bintulu.  Mmg sedap tapi masa tu tak sempat mintak recipe dari dia.  Mujur lah kitak pastekan recipe tok. Cuti sekolah kelak mok try...

Memang udang kering or ikan bilis goreng kena tumbuk lumat. Saya biasanya guna lesung batu. Kalau buat dlm quantity yg bnyk boleh blender. Lada tu pepper ie. lada Swak. Mcm promote pulak dah.
