The Strongest MTV Cast for the New Year : Fahrenheit and S.H.E in Pyjamas Party
Probably this year's strongest MV to usher in the New Year, FRH and SHE together wear pyjamas to hold a PARTY, wishing everyone "every sleep a peaceful one" (homonym for "every year a peaceful one")
In the Xin Wo MV the 7 are living together, sharing one bed, 3 vs 3 sharing a sweet dance, to the envy of injured Arron, acting a pyjamas bed scene, but Selina seemingly possessed by "Cui Shan" disrupts the entire Xin Wo!
RP concludes gracefully, the premiere broadcast of title track Xin Wo's complete version lands amidst intense excitement
FRH once again shows its stance, first holding a pyjama party with seniors SHE in Xin Wo MV and acting out a bed scene with 7 pple, at the same time inviting fans to dress in formal attire to attend the 29 Dec invitational autograph-signing session to mass waltz with them.
It has been one year and four months since the release of their first album, and during this time FRH have taken Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore and Japan by storm. This superman group, once again will release a new album "Two Faces of FRH", title track "Xin Wo" is the opening theme song of champion drama serial RP, and is another duet after XXNDWR with seniors SHE. Only that this is no longer a sorrowful tune, but a sweet love song duet! The MV was shot by specially invited famous director Bi Er Jia boldly creating a blissful mansion, coupled with the weight of HIM's two heavyweight groups, helming this year's strongest New Year flick, mobilising the entire HIM staff to the scene to support the filming process, may be called a magnificent feat in MV history.
Xin Wo MV has an extremely happy atmosphere, FRH arrive on sit early in the morning and changed into colourful promo attire for the lip-synching (?) photoshoot, but on the day of the MV shoot, Hebe because of her packed filming schedule caught the chills and had a high fever, in the morning carried her illness to the set of Dou Niu to film, then had a jab to bring down her fever before going for the Dou Niu meet the fans session. As the schedules of both groups were fully packed, workers were worried about Hebe's health but as it was so difficult to coordinate everyone's schedules, the professional Hebe with the encouragement of her sisters still rushed to the MV set after her events, when filming still maintained a smiling face!
Xin Wo lyrics depict the sweet romance between a boy and a girl such that they only wish to stay in each other's hearts. So the director used rather vibrant colours as the backdrop, and arranged a scene with the 7 pushing a cart buying pillows. (???) As the 7 people with 7 carts were too difficult to control, Ella displayed her "leader" authority, maintaining order on the scene and directing the six kindergarten students where to position, how to move, her professional directing abilities momentarily caused the director to be subdued.
The tune of Xin Wo is a mix of contemporary and classical, even adding a short segment of waltz, so FRH specially learnt a segment of couple waltz for this song, for the first time dancing one on one with their seniors, causing FRH to be very nervous. Before their seniors arrived, FRH were fervently practising their dance steps and choreography during their free slots, afraid that they would not perform well. Before the actual filming, everyone quickly made the best use of time to practise with their own partners. As SHE were fully booked with appointments, they could only learn and perform on the spot. Ella and Wu Zun had the chemistry from their previous filming, in addition to Wu Zun's waltz training for RP, so they were the fastest to master the steps, the couple with the best chemistry. Ella even joked that their team was the Dance Sprites. Jiro said that he and Selina's group could be called the "Afternoon Thunderstorm" group, because Selina is the Dance Queen (in Chinese "Dance Queen" sounds like "Afternoon"), causing Selina to crack up with laughter. After hearing about the pairings, Calvin was especially happy because he could partner Hebe whom he'd admired all along, causing him to smile up to his brow, when practicing was initially very shy. However Hebe and Calvin this group caused workers to name them "Long-short legged romance", because one was SHE's most petite member, the other was FRH's tallest! As for the odd man out Arron, because of his leg injury which did not allow him to dance, the director arranged for him to hit the triangle!
During the filming, Dou Niu started to air, so the three SHE immediately flew back to the resting area, fully focused on admiring Hebe's performance, and frequently gave praise to cheer the sick and tired Hebe on. While watching the three soon realised that Wu Zun and Calvin were standing quietly at the door of SHE's resting room, sticking their heads in to catch a glimpse of the TV showing Dou Niu. Everyone immediately accused Wu Zun and Calvin of being RP's spies, coming to spy on the situation.
The MV's second last act saw FRH and SHE changing into cute pyjamas, acting out a bed scene on the large bed specially ordered by the director. After the 7 changed into pyjamas, it was already the last act of the MV, the time was also nearing midnight, so everyone's spirits were already dipping. Luckily Selina very timely displayed her skills and charm, on the spot being possessed by "Cui Shan", the classic character from "Ting Yuan Shen Shen", acting out an ultra sensational family ethics scene with beloved daughter "inky", causing everyone to roar with laughter. Selina even referred to herself as Cui Shan, causing this sweet and cute 7 person bed scene to end up in non-stop laughter. Even the director and cameraman couldn't help hiding their smiles, causing Selina to ask, Did I do something strange just now?
Because more than a year had passed since their first album, FRH announced that those who advance ordered the new album from the 19th would receive the stylish Two Faces of FRH information folder which came in two editions, one record company edition and one 7-11 edition, after the two places where advance orders could be made. At the same time the album would include the bonus FRH-only edition of Xin Wo. FRH called out to fans, from 22 Dec, they would hold a total of eight autograph cum singing sessions, where they would give away exclusive posters. Especially on the 29th, fans are invited to turn up in formal attire, to participate in a glamorous fashionable party, the more beautiful one was dressed, the more chances one had of being selected up stage by FRH to waltz with them.
