Belum confirm lagi, Guillermo del Toro is in negotiations to direct the films. Belum tau dia dapat ke tak sebab Peter Jackson is pretty choosy when it comes to choosing new directors for his babies. He might have to direct it himself.

Sebenarnya kalau boleh aku tanak del Toro directing The Hobbit, coz he had expressed interest in directing Deathly Hallows. Last time he flaked out on Prisoner of Azkaban, tu kalau boleh nak dia direct the final one. Si David Yates tu buat filem macam celaka, aku rasa Half Blood Prince nanti sama jer cam OOTP, disappointing to the max.

the hobbit ni pre dari 3 sequel tu... hobbit cerita tentang pengembaraan bilbao dan camana dia TERjumpa the 'ring' tu!! a very interesting adventure ... aku baca hobbit memang ghalik aje!!! aku bet semua peminat LOTR musti suka dengan cerita ni!!! aku sendiri memang excited tak sabar nak tengok..

Yay! Sir Ian McKellen has confirmed that he will be returning as Gandalf the Grey in the new The Hobbit movies.

There and back again...

The two movies being directed by Pan抯 Labyrinth and Hellboy抯 Guillermo del Toro focuses on the events prior to The Lord Of The Rings. Initial talk seems to suggest that the first
movie will be based on Professor J.R.R. Tolkien抯 The Hobbit and the second one will be from an original story, taking place in between the two books (The Hobbit and The Lord Of The Rings).

And of course, like everyone else, Sir Ian is not sure what he抯 going to have to do in the films.

Says the actor, 揂s to how it抯 going to work over two films and what going to happen on screen, well Guillermo [the director] has not got down to working out the major details yet
