need help . Kat opis kita orang x de yang tau sgt pasal nak buat website. And we appointed one company . Dia boleh ugut nak block website klu tak bayar dia . Any one kan help actually sape yang control semua ni . Atau boleh tak kita pay direct untuk renewal webhosting .

Hosting & the person are different ppl?  He can do that cuz dia ada password je...  Tukar password dia dah tak leh access dah.

So, now....  you got your domain name, hosting & "webmaster"; domain name & hosting most probably you'll pay to the same entity (yearly basis/renewal) while webmaster is the person you hire to do the site can be anybody and most probably you'll need to pay him/her once for the initial site setup etc & some will pay for the maintenance if your contents will change often....

So, yes & no...     He can only take out the contents if he/she still have access to the server at your hosting; but you as the owner, owns everything... if you understand what I mean...

So, if you're not happy with the hosting, for example; you can take everything to a new hosting facility & same goes to your "webmaster", you can appoint somebody else to do it & the previous guy won't be able to do anything.  Well... except that you still owes him his due....  The domain name will always be yours & can't be taken without your consent, provided it's still valid & renewed every year...

no 1 - janganla tak bayar kat webmaster/designer. walaupun di mata orang lain mungkin ringkas sangat kerja web designer/web master/graphic designer ni, tapi itu je la mata pencarian kitorang. Bayangkan korang tak dibayar gaji oleh majikan, perit ke tak perit? Lagipun tak halal tau rejeki buat camtu

no 2 - kalau kompeni tu yang sediakan hosting, then babaila kat website ko tu. Kalau dia setakat design dan maintain, ko boleh bayar terus kepada hosting provider dan boleh mintak dia reset password atau bagi kat ko file berkenaan untuk ko edit supaya pemilik asal tak dapat buat apa-apa kat file tu. tapi ko, secara etikanya, tak boleh guna design dia (contoh) since mesti ada kan perjanjian antara korang siapa yang berhak pada design tu jika salah sorang breach the contract? ko cuma berhak ke atas what is yours je; macam data, gambar raw etc yang bukan dibuat oleh web master tersebut
