Maligno is an upcoming ABS-CBN sineserye adapted from the movie ofthe same title originally starred by Susan Roces (for which she won aFAMAS best actress trophy) in 1977.
It抯 the second installment of Sineserye Presents: The Susan RocesCinema Collection after Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara. The cast includesClaudine Barretto as Angela Cortez, Diether Ocampo,
Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Rafael Rosell, Arlene Tolibas, DeejayDurano, Empoy, Steven Fermo, and Gee-Ann Abrahan under the direction ofWenn Deramas. The adaptation of the 1977 Susan Roces classic is set topremiere very very soon.
Claudine returns to primetime TV with a bang as she agreed to do a veryintense rape scene with actor co-star Rafael Rosel. Rafael Rosel playsa demon and the offspring of Claudine and himself will wreak havoc andevil on earth.
Without blinking an eyelash, Maligno is definitely more scarier than 'Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara'.
