saya baru beli desktop dell..monitor flat screen...tapi semlam anak saya kenakan air pada monitor...saya tak perasan pun....hari ni tengok dah jadi spot hitam kat screen....ada tak sapa2 boleh tolong..kalau saya call Dell..itu termasuk dalam warranty tak? TQ

apa2 barangan letrik pn takde grenti..
so saya harap awak jangan
berahap sngt leh dalam clain warranty..
huhuhu.
biasanya dorang akan tahu mender tu
kena air atau tak..

Found this on one web site, worth a long shot though :
The top of my screen has what looks like a black inkspot..and whatlooks like a line in the middle of it. Doesn't seem to do anything orinterfer with anything - but is there a way to get rid of it.
Try blowing out the monitor vent holes with some canned air. Then iwould let the monitor sit with no power connected for at least one day,to let it discharge.
Power it back up and use the buttons on the front to set it back to the factory defaults.
if the problem persists then the monitor needs to be replaced.
Aku cadang ko guna vacumm cleaner atau hair dryer utk blow dry kawasan kena air tu dari bahagian depan dan belakang screen. Kemudian buat mcm mana suggestion di atas tu, jangan guna monitor utk at least one day....pastu boleh ler doa agar boleh pulih mcm sedia kala.
p/s : kalau anak aku....nahas dah budak tu....

rasanya gagal kalau dia tengok dekat circuit board tu ada kesan air (air paip ada mineral)
