tengah mencari resepi mee kari.. seumo 30taun idup tak pernah buat.. tau makan jek..
selak belakang berlambak resepi mee kari ni tapi memacam cara so buat haku confuse jek. ape resepi yang teramat simple tapi sedap?

my kueh teow ladna version
senang jerk wat kueh teow ladna nie
bahan a = kueh teow grg jerk dgn kicap manis



bahan b= bwg putih tumbuk ngan cili padi (nak pedas taruk lebih)
pastue rencah masukkan ayam ker, dgg, stg or fishcakes
sayur= letak sawi ckit, kubis, carrot
bawang merah hiris
lada sulah
sebiji telur
sos tiram
perencah kiub ayam/ikan bilis
garam
nak pekat buh tepung gandum mix air

pastue
tumis minyak
masukkan bwg putih yang dah ditumbuk ngn cili padi
dah agak garing masuk bwg merah, ayam , fishcakes etc
then masukkan sos tiram
pastue masukkan air,biarkan jap pecahkan telur
ahak2 telur dah sebati
masukkan garam, perncah kiub (half jerk), lada sulah
nak pekatkan kuah letak jer bancuhan tepung jagung
nie gambar kuah yang dah siap

dah masak...tuang kuah atas kueh teow
sedia dimakan

kalau tak silap... kuewteow lagi tinggi sikit kalori sbb dia disalut ngan minyak.. why dont u replace with beehoon... rasanya lagi kurang sikit kot drpd nasi... rasanya lah... skrg alang dh avoid keowtwoe ngan mee kuning... kalau masak kat famili, hya makan semulut dua ajerk...

demi nak kurus... sanggup ku lupakan kew teow, walhal aku neh penggemar setia keow tewo kerang ataupun cher kuey teow.... tp aku rasa mmg berbaloi lah pengorbanan selama dua bulan neh....

buat mee hailam utk buka pose ..resepi dari kakak ipar kwn yg berbangsa cina.

Resepi
Mee hoon/mee kuning/mee teow
sawi
sotong
ayam/daging -ku x ltk pun sbb xde stok tp ganti
dgn stok ayam knorr
udang
kacang peas- bukan yg dh kopek tau
lobak merah
tomato
putik jagung
kobis bunga
bawang putih-ketuk
halia - 2 keping hiris nipis
tepung jagung utk pekatkan kuah
telur - pkl sikit

cara buat kuah

tumis bawang putih dan halia hingga naik bau.Masukkan air,putik jagung,lobak merah
dan bunga kobis .Biar hingga air mendidih & masukkan pula stok ayam,udang
dan sotong.sebelum tutup api masukkan gram,sawi ,kacang peas dan tomato serta
tepung jagung (pastikan kuah pekat sikit aje). Tutup api dan masukkan telur yg tlh
dipukul td...siap..

Mee hoon hendaklah digoreng terlbh dahulu dgn minyak panas.
klu guna mee teow..goreng mee teow dgn kicap manis dan sket telur.



sambal kicap
10 biji cili padi-goreng dulu
1 ulas bawang putih-cari yg beso sket
gula pasir-agak2 ler
kicap manis/lemak

cara buat sambal kicap...
tumbuk cili padi ,bawang putih dan gula pasir.
tambah kicap manis/lemak..Gaul rata.
(aku selalu buat stok sbb tu guna cili byk)

kicap berlada (klu malas ler ..tp cara gini x berapa kick ler bg aku)
hiris lada cili dan campur dlm kicap manis

sgt byk page, tak nyempat nak selak2.
nway, kita ngidam mee kicap.kuew tew kicap.
1st time makan dekat ipoh.kat ipoh byk jual mknn ni.
sedap sgt. n kita perasan ada setengahnya letak rempah.ada setengah tu, tak letak.
kalau tak silap, resepi ni adalah mknan cina.tapi org melayu skang dah pandai buat.tu yg byk modified, n kena dengan citarasa kita

mee kicap/kuew tew kicap ni, datang dengan sup bebola ikan.

sesape yg pakar, leh share resepi ni tak.nmpk mcm senang, n mudah dibuat!:re:

Bihun Goreng Sardin



Sempena bulan ramadhan yang bakal tiba, ku suker makan mee/bihun buat berbuka puasa.

Bahan-bahan:

1/2 bungkus bihun (rendam sampai lembut)
3 ulas bawang merah*
2 ulas bawang putih*
1 camca besar cili giling*
1 camca besar udang kering*
1 tin kecil sardin
1 camca besar sos cili
1 camca besar sos tomato
1 1/2 camca besar taucu
1 pokok bak choy
1 biji telur - di dadar, gulung dan hiris
1 biji tomato - dihiris
garam dan gula secukup rasa

Cara-cara:

~ Blend bahan2 yang bertanda*
~ Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan2 yang diblend sampai pecah minyak.
~ Masukkan taucu, sardin, sos cili, sos tomato, garam dan gula secukup rasa. Tumis lagi
~ Masukkan bak choy
~ Masukkan bihun dan gaul sampai bihun lembut dan cukup masak.
~ masuukan dalam bekas dan hiaskan dengan hirisan telur dadar dan tomato.
