Medical Claim company aku xboleh melebihi RM30

Salam semua,

Aku nak meluahkan sikit ketidakpuashatian aku dengan company yang aku kerja sekarang. Tapi aku luahkan yang aku state kan dekat subject, pasal medical claim.

Dulu masa interview, ceo aku cakap nak claim medical unlimited. Then bile aku baca agreement dalam offer letter, it said lebihr kurang company shall bear any medical treamtment fees for staff bla bla bla..

Sekarang ni, dia cakap plak kalau nak claim medical tak boleh melebihi RM30. Tak ada black and white pasal ni. Even dalam agreement pun tak ada mentioned pasal limit semua ni

Apa pendapat korang?

ada tak mana2 bahagian dlm employment handbook tu tulih lebey kurang cenggini "The Management Reserves The Right To Revise The Handbook As And When Necessary"...??

letter offer tu hang sign ke idak? apa yg tulis dlm letter offer ttg medical claim tu? brp limit? klu tulis rm30 & hang sign maknanya hang accept le termss dlm tu so xleh persoalkan..biasale ms itvw mcm2 depa janji hehehe....

merak nyer firm ni blh claim smp rm60 je...klu pregnt lak p monthly check up pn depa cover smp rm60 je, tp merak xpnh claim pn...malas ahhh..

skrg nie g clinic dptke rm30. aku rasa pling kurang pun rm35 to rm40

x patot btul......

aku punye company pun claim medical sampai rm30 jer...   

tp kalo pegi KBMC mmg diaorg akan cas RM30++... tuh tak termasuk mc lagi

nak tanya satu perkara....T&C tu utk pekerja yg masih dalam probation ( kontrak ) period atau meliputu semua staff ( termasuk yg permanent)....

Dah tanya pada staff2 senior ???

Tp kalau betullah....mmg x patut....sbb pengalaman aku...rata2 klinikakan charge lebey kurang RM35-40 utk satu rawatan...

Claim hanya utk staff sahaja.. Spouse, anak x ble.. MMg kejam..

Yg x confirm x ble claim..

Alasan, cut cost, ekonomi x baik.. MMg hampeh..

FYI, perubahan tuh dilakukan secara verbal aje. Sebelum ni aku pernah claim sampai RM36, lepas plak. Baru-baru ini dia cakap dah xboleh claim lebih dari RM30. Memang tak ada sentece or yang seakan-akan maksudnya mcm ayat "The Management Reserves The Right To Revise The Handbook As And When Necessary"...??. Memang tak ada.

kalu based on clause di atas dan xde clause2 yg contrary dgn clause tesebot dlm term employment/handbook, generally co. x bley tuka suke2 la term tu...kalu die bg limit RM30 plak tanpa consent employee, tu da breach term employment kekdahnye...


what u should do...

1. bawak term employment/kontrek refer ke HR/bos...tanye dekat mane clause yg kate co. bley plak limit medic. claim RM30 sahaje...mane la tawu die teselit kt mane2 ke kan...

2. kalu jawapan HR/bos mcm x bley pakai sajork, ko sajest bahwe folow strict clause, co kene bear unlimited medic. claim...so ko nk claim RM___, sila bayar...

3. kalu HR/bos dingdong dingdong, ko ckp, xpela, ko akan refer ke labour office...:@ :@ ingt ni bkn isu seploh doploh hengget, tp isu term kontrek bound by parties...

abis kalo dlm agreement dia ckp bole claim medical utk rm30 jer then pegi clinic tau2 rm35 mcm mana plak? mmg tak leh claim ke? abis kalo kat kl, clinic aku p mmg rm30++, kdg2 sampai rm60 pun ade pdhal demam biase jerk

kalu staff kontrak kat tempat aku.. dianya limit cuma rm600 setahun..

term rm30 hinggit ni utk setiap kali pi klinik  ker...

Kalau medical dalam RM40, company hanya akan bayar RM30 sahaja. Lagi RM10, x dibayar. Aku frust betul, dahlah tak ada clinic panel. Bile nak pegi klinik kene byr dulu mesti lagi mahal, limit plak RM30. Sakit pun bukan selalu, apa salahnya bear the cost. bukan cover family pun, staff sahaja. Apply pada semua staff,tak ada contract or temp. Semua permanent. Aku ni permanent tapi probation, sama jgk kekdahnya pun.

Management suka sangat buat decision at the last minit. Kalau ada 24 jam tuh, ada lah 24 decision yang utk satu-satu perkara. Korang jangan lah masuk company aku, walaupun management nak tambah staff lagi.Ramai keluar sebab sakit hati dengan management skrg ni. Plan macam bagus, tpi implementation 0. Haih.. suffered betul aku dekat sini..

ermmm..banyak2 sabor lerr...kdg2 kepayahan hari ini adalah kesenangan di akan datang...
Anis pun mcm medang, syukur sesangat sebab unlimited claim tapi dalam setahun payah benor nak claim medical pun..jarang sangat pi klinik..sabarlah banyak2

susah gak claim per times ni..if ade 2 org anak kena pi 2x ke klinik?

kompeni aku la ni ok.ade klinik panel.pakai kad.pi mane klinik tunjuk kad je tak yah bayor duit.if sakit biase cam demam/penin/sakit nak minta mc - unlimited.if sakit yg melibatkan kronik/operate ade limit die ikut gred jawatan kite.if sakit masuk wad pun ikut gred.tp mc hanya sah di hospital/klinik panel shj.

kompeni lame aku rm300 per year.

samo la cam Company aku ridd.....cuma panel klinik ( berhampiran Opis ) yg takyah bayar...panel klinik lain kene bayar dulu kendian baru leh claim...kira ok la sbb duit tu kita akan dpt gak nanti...

kalo pi outstation or balik kg tak de klinik panel berdekatan,pi klinik biase dulu kemudian bole claim..dapat2 gak cume cepat dan lambat jee..kes mcm ni kena make up skit kat claim sbb cas interest fee
