kurangkan makan la...asyik makan aje andartu semua...mane tak besar bontot...

Errr...I x think I over eating....I'm 165cm 55 kg....BMI I x de masalah.......I suspect taking collagen cause me all this problem....not too sure...ke changes in hormone....Entahla...definately bukan sbb over eating....x baik tau ckp andartu mkn je...

jogging tak akan turunkan berat badan seperti yg kita sangka apatah lagi nak dapatkan perut yg flat. Kalau turun pun sket je pastu menten sama. Tapi ada cara yg betul utk dapatkan itu dgn menggunakan kaedah berlari. Said that doesnt mean jogging is a useless training. In fact ianya untuk eksesaiskan jantung, pengaliran darah serta paru-paru in which ianya amat bagus. But untuk kuruskan badan ...ianya tak semudah jogging sahaja. Klunya, metabolism. Cardio exercise semacam berlari boleh meningkatkan level metabolism...terutamanya untuk kita yang umur dah makin lewat dan dah lama tak exercise.

Metabolism Vs FATS, kadar metabolism yg tinggi mempercepatkan pembakaran lemak. Tapi kita ada lemak2 terkumpul di beberapa part badan mcm pinggul, bontot, bawah lengan, bawah perut, peha.. etc. Berlari sahaja takkan kikiskan lemak2 tu. So, disinilah perlunya beberapa variasi exercise untuk part2 tertentu tuh. Nak cerita semer mau makan banyak page nih. Tapi Sue tanya tang perut flat kan... so reply hat tu je dulu. lenlain leh cari dlm tenet or youtube.

Sue leh wat Leg Raising dan Sit Up. Ni contoh bidio leg raising. Senang je kan? hehe...tak berapa senang sebenarnya...tp kena kuatkan semangat....pilih satu body actress or model yg Sue suka dan target kan utk dapat body camtu. Mcm beng dulu fokuskan nak dapat body mcm Ryan Reynolds atau Daniel Craig sebagai target.


So, amalkan jogging at least 2 kali seminggu. Lepas wat exercise leg raising n sit up or any exercise yg lain, sudahilah sessi training tu dengan berlari setempat, slow seminit...after that lajukan serta tinggikan lutut separas pinggang selama seminit jugak..then lepas tu slow balik....then laju balik mcm tadi selama seminit gak. Wat la sampai 10-15minit. Bila dah makin lama makin karat nak buat lama lagi bley je buat sampai 30mins.

ko gi gim guna machine elliptical tu...bole kecikkan montot dan perut....takpun beli jer letak kat umah, senang nak exercise bila2....

collagen does not make your butt grow...usually it is the fat (lemak) that makes your skin strech hence the huge size of the body parts...kurangkan lagi makan ape yg u makan sekarang...take more vege and water...and don't forget, exercise regularly...

tg beng..so much input.....tinggl satu jer ni.nk kena practise.
so,jogging x dpt flatkan perut,noted..jdi ni kena buat sit up..mmg x mudah cuma ni kena practise..
ada jgk terbc,sebelum tido,boleh buat sit up untk flatkan perut,buat dlm 5-10 min..tp dulu ada try buat,mmg best rasa lepas tu..
untuk kuruskan bdn @ untuk kurang kan berat nnti ai crik kat youtube , n untuk increase metabolisme bdn..

because of fat? ermmm...maybe i x mengamalkan food yg berkhasiat n i hv stop exercising...byk relax mode je ni...maybe skin sagging kut tu nampak montot i besar coz i x gain weight pun...yes i think i kena excercise...kena tone balik...adoila.. dah jadi 30's ni nak kena excersise la plak....
