KUALA LUMPUR: Mah Sing Group Bhd has acquired a 115-acre land in Cyberjaya, the information communication technology (ICT) township, with plans for a medium to high end residential development.

The group entered into a sale and purchase agreement on Aug 12 with Cyberview Sdn Bhd and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd to acquire the land located near Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, for RM130.5 million or RM26 psf with land consideration of RM121.5 million or RM24.2 psf, and infrastructure consideration of RM9 million or RM1.8 psf.

Its president and chief executive Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum told reporters after the signing that the development called Garden Residences, will be a self-contained gated and guarded mini-township including a clubhouse and other facilities and amenities.

"As the residential properties in Cyberjaya currently comprise mainly medium range apartments and bungalow lots, we believe there is a pent-up demand for gated and guarded landed properties with good concepts and themes which provide good value," Leong said.

Garden Residences has an estimated gross development value of RM690 million. It will comprise 2- and 3-storey superlink homes with built-ups from 2,800 sq ft and indicative pricing from RM668,800 and two and three storey semidees with built-up of 3,000 sq ft and indicative pricing from RM798,800, as well as 2- and 3-storey bungalows with built-ups from 3,700 sq ft, and indicative prices from RM1.42 billion.

Kalau baru berkahwin dan belum ada anak, maybe kat Putra Permai@Equine Park, Seri Kembangan yang sesuai..ada shopping complex, public transport, maple 24 jam dll..umah teres 2stry baru rege sekitar 250k keatas..kalau nak murah sikit beli rumah dah siap sekitar Lestari Putra boleh dapat dengan harga murah lagi..Tapi kalau ko dah ada anak, kena fikir 2,3 kali sebab takde sekolah kat kawasan nie..kebanyakan org sini hantar anak sekolah kat Tmn U (padat giler), Puchong, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya..dengarnya tahun 2011 baru ada sekolah nak buat.. Masjid pun belum ada, paling dekat kat UPM & Putrajaya..tapi ada 2,3 buah surau kat sini yang buat solat jumaat..

Kalau ko nak kan suasana yang lebih damai, cuba riki rumah kat Kota Warisan/Bdr Baru Salak Tinggi/Pulau Meranti/Puchong Utama..tak jauh pun dari Cyberjaya&Putrajaya..harga pun masih reasonable..tapi kalau poket tebal, boleh consider sekitar Sg Merab/BB Bangi.

aku carik kat mudah kurang orang nak jual umah kat putrajaya atau cyberjaya

dah beli umah lagi 1 tahun setengah siap kat putrajaya

nak carik satu lagi umah persinggahan atau sewa tapi suash nak jumpa

ada idea tak? mana nak carik selain mudah

kat kg baru labu lanjut ok ke. sy cadang nak cari area ni. kalu akan datang emmbangun tak kwsan ni. loni perumahan baru dah ada tapi masih belum banyak lagi. sekolah ada ke. sesapa tau tolong jawb

Kat Taman Arked Paya Indah Wetland , masih ada lagi lot yg kosong, rumah semi-d setingkat, tanah luas...
Kalau ke Cjaya, dlam 15- 20 minit je... Tapi kat situ, kurang sket fasilities tak macam

SK Labu lanjut ada, tp Sek Men tak de... mereka sekolah di BBST.

Labu lanjut pun ok gak, sebab bila flyover depan Kota Warisan tu siap, terus je sampai ke kawasan KLIA, dekat sgt ngan Labu Lanjut.

Kawasan tu sunyi sket, byk rumah2 tanah lot... tp aku suka gak mcm tu, privacy sket tak hiruk pikuk sgt...

kawasan equine/putra permai tuh ler the best...........good price, good location and facilities hampir penuh dah. Bas ada.  McD ada  jusco, pasar borong etc.  tak lama lagi tesco and giant lak nak buka (tak boleh imagine cemana dorang nak compete...dekat2 sume tuh)

Sekolah dah nak buka bulan 6 nih kat desaminium..both primary and secondary...

Takdelah..aku selalu solat Jumaat situ..masih lagi surau..tapi selesa laa..dia dah besarkan sampai rapat ker pagar..lantai semua sah tiles..dulu biasa solat jumaat kat flat Surau KOta Perdana tu..tapi crowded & panas..

erm..tunggu dah confirm jawatan la baru nak fikir beli umah..but equine tu dah oke sgt..kalo kat area desa pinggiran putra pon umah semi D setingkat sampai 300k..10 kali fikir pon belum tentu nak beli
