1. ada ramai je yg english tak fasih boleh dpt kerja..tapi memang satu point penting kalu nak keja sini..pernah jumpa satu doctor mai dari mainland china, english sepatah haram aku tak paham..main hangguk2 je.. .tapi pasal dah kurang doktor depa pejam mata..

3. sewa rumah rate mingguan tapi bayarnya setiap bulan sekali..biasanya sign contract sewa rumah tuk 6 bulan atau setahun, after which you have the right to refuse to sign a contract..once you sign a new contract after completing the old one and then decided to move you are responsible to pay remainder of the rent, atau you kena cari tenant tuk rumah tu..then you can get your deposit back..

mcm other forumer said, mai cuti2 oz dulu dlm seminggu dua..tgk peluang keja kat oz pastu baru decide nak keja..peluang keja bnyk dlm bidang it, engineering dan medical..haku dah lama tinggalkan dunia keja ni..dulu keja pun thru recruitment agency..gud luck..

tax rate kat oz lain dari yg kat malaysia..salary over 180k kena tax 45%....below is the individual tax rate for year 2009-2010 (based on ATO website)..kalu ada abn (oz bus no) or business lain tax..kitorg lodge business tax ..yg ni haku tak reti sgt pasal laki yg buat..

1-6k - zero tax
$6,001 – $35,000 - 15c for each $1 over $6,000
$35,001 – $80,000 - $4,350 plus 30c for each $1 over $35,000
$80,001 – $180,000 -  $17,850 plus 38c for each $1 over $80,000
$180,001 and over -  $55,850 plus 45c for each $1 over $180,000
take note this tax rate does not include medicare levy 1.5% yg biasanya 1.5k, unless you have private insurance you need not to pay this levy..for non resident they are exempted from paying this levy..

kamu ada tax file no?..kalau ada kamu hantar resume kat mana2 recruitment agency..cubalah..agency boleh carikan keja samada casual atau permanent..kalau tak dpt permanent, buatlah casual dulu ambik experience pastu apply kat mana2 company yg berkaitan..biasanya derang ni kalu tgk kamu ada work experience kat local company lagi senang derang ambik keja..

woo..maafle alja ni boleh tanya red ni..dah jadi surirumahtangga ni dah tak ambik tau hal2 dunia keja..even laki pun tak keja 9-5 5 days a week, kalu tanya dia pun agaknya dia pun tak tau.. .setau sayalah kalau kena berenti tu memang lah dpt workers entitlement tu semua..banyak mana tak sure..don't think as much as swiss..tapi kalu kena buang keja sbb company under administration(bancrupt) payah sikit nak dpt entitlement tu..kalu dpt pun ciput je..

6 months or 18 weeks paid maternity leave?..yg tu rasanya parliment belum approve lagi..kalau approve  pun most likely will take effect in 2011..but payment  will not be based on your weekly wages..ikut fed punye minimum wage lah..lagipun ni public funding mah..mana boleh nak kasi banyak sikit..satu lagi kalau your hubby or partner earn more than 150 or 180k melepas you..

ahh..sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience..setakat ni ai belum lagi alami bad experience dealing with locals walaupun ai pun bertudung..ai start pakai tudung lepas 9/11..haha terbalik lah pulak..some people bukak takut backlash..me no..not once the 'stralian' harassed me or give me that dirty look.touch wood hope nothing happen in the future too.the way i see it, deols takutkan benda yg baru..islam or muslim is viewed like some sort of mysterious sect an unknown species...so kita kena tunjukkan kat deols we are just the same like them..cuma tak minum beer je lah, haha..you meet them on the street, smile and greet, they will reply..don't caused trouble be a law abiding citizen/resident..i never asked to be treated special sbb ai tau ai ni bukan penduduk asal negara ni.., macam jugaklah kat malaysia or mana2 negara pun..they have to protect the locals first..

kalaulah muslim tu dianggap 3rd class citizen, why then thousands of muslim still come to australia?.that doesnt' stop them from coming here..you are free to practice your religion, you still can build masjid provided it is in an area where there is huge demand and agreed upon by locals and the council..you follow the rules same like others..should not be any problem..ok there are few cases where the locals totally rejected the idea of having masjid even a islamic school..that is very unAustralian to me..where is the fair go?.

at least here you don't get discriminated in terms of salary wise unlike some middle eastern countries..there if you are white you are considered God..for same position there will be division of salary based on the where you come from..kalau dari western country of course you'll get top dollar, then the non gc(gulf country) countries (like egypt), lastly the asian..totally unfair but hey what can you do? sabo jelah..here if you feel you are unfairly treated? then you have the ACCC that can help you..

tambah..bab omputeh diagungkan2 ni..sgt setuju...paling haku benci white bogans on the dole..or those claim disability pension even though they are physically fit to go to work..hubby encountered this 'special species' on daily basis..how he loathed seeing this bogans coming to him asking for medical cert to avoid going to work interview..shittyooo..but the govt is too lenient on them i think..kalau haku jadi pm habis derang ni aku kerjakan..

ala alja..baru je pi satu housing dev dah put off ke nak dok oz..hehe..biasalah kalu tempat baru tu macam tu lah rupa dia..serupa jugak kat malaysia, lama2 ok lah..banyak lagi housing area samada old or newly developed yg cantik2...lagi satu don't come to certain place with high expectation kalu tak sesuai dgn citarasa memang lagu tu..adatlah no such thing as perfect place to live..hampir2 tu adalah..camtu jugak melbourne ni, ada jugak flaws dia..walaupun oz ni flat n boring, haku suka je tempat ni..this is my home, my kids place of birth..
toksah compare oz n europe, haku pun tak pernah pi lagi europe tu, so takleh sgt nak banding2 ni..cumanya skarang ni lah ramai plak european especially the pommies migrate sini.,.why? because of her laidback and relax attitude...if you think oz is not your place, sure neighbour sebelah NZ ada..hehe..haku pun suka kalau dpt dok NZ, bersih, nice scenery,..org2nya as friendly as ozian..

oz ni memang dry land pun..populated area pun yg dekat pesisir pantai tu, inland desert n bush..time summer memanjang je fire threat kat suburban..apa nak buat oz is one the most extreme weather country in the world..
saya pulak kalau boleh refrain from kutuk'ing malaysia..tapi kutuk politician ok lah kan..haha..
bab nyamuk,cuaca tu tak boleh lah nak ckp apa2 lagi..dah masuk dlm package kalu dok malaysia ni...like i said lah mana de negara yg sempurna..tapi malaysia bab makanan sempurna..yesszzaa.
haku ni pun dah hampir seminggu kat kl ,ada lah terjumpa perangai tak semenggah org sini but am not going to make it spoil my time here..manusia..
hari khamis ni barulah bertolak ke kampung mak lepas hantar suami ke lcct....berperanglah haku dgn nyamuk ni...haha..i'm ready, bring it on!..harap anak2 tu tak terkujat lah rumah neneknya sebelah kebun yg serupa  mcm hutan..ada kera plak tu..huaahh..
