Tart Coklat [hanis00]
dough ingredients:

200 gm butter
100 gm icing sugar
30 gm eggs
300 gm flour - guna tpg gandum dan tambah lagi dalam 40-50gm sbb adunan masih melekat ditangan,
a pinch of salt kalau guna unsalted butter

beat butter, salt and sugar until soft - tak perlu lama2..nanti kembang lak. Add in egg and gradually mix in flour. wrap dogh and chill it in refrigerator for 20 minutes or until easy to handle. press dough into the tartlet casing and bake in preheated oven for 15 mins at 170 C.

Nota:
1.Untuk doh tersebut haniss tambahkan lagi 40gm serbuk badam,
2. Untuk filling pula, guna badam yang bentuk panjang2 tu, bakar sekejap dlm oven , taburkan dalam casing tart tu dan akhir sekali masukkan coklat masakan yang dicairkan, biarkan sehingga keras.

500g almond strip -bakar or goreng tanpa minyak
320g choc masakan.

-double boiler choc. masakan . da cair sepenuhnyer tutup api masukkan almond.
-masukkan dlm papercup

Resepinya ada di rumah sebelum ni....tapi tak apa..kak anis tepek semula...bukan resepi kak anis ya (nanti marah pula empunya resepi AL tu)....

Almond London

1 ketul butter (250gm)
1 cawan gula halus
1 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan tepung jagung
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh emplex (tak bagi pun tak apa, tepung beras + jagung tu dah cukup utk buat AL ni rangup)
1/2 cawan badam kisar atau gajus kisar

Gula + butter gaul sebati dalam bekas. Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung jagung dalam bekas tadi tu dah gaul sehingga sebati.kemudian masukkan emplex gaul lagi. kemudian masukkan tepung gandum sikit demi sedikit sehingga jadi doh yang lembut. Adunan mestilah lembut dan bukannya kering. last sekali masukkan 1/2 cawan badam kisar atau gajus kisar tu. gentel dgn buah badam (jgn buat besor2, nanti bila dibakar jadi tembam pulak, tapi kalu betul adunan tu lembutnya, insyaAllah, elok jer dia terletak masa dibakar, sebaik2nya saiz doh nak digentel tu sama besar dgn biji badam tu). Bakar hingga masak.sejukkan sebelum celup dgn coklat.
