Principal photography was set to begin in early 2020, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic; filming commenced in September 2020.[3] Following the pandemic setbacks and the re-casting of Johnny Depp with Mikkelsen, the film's release was pushed back to 15 July 2022, before being eventually set to 8 April 2022 in the United Kingdom and 15 April 2022 in the United States in 3D and 2D. Two more Fantastic Beasts films are in development.
Premise
Set in the 1930s, the story leads up to the Wizarding World's involvement in World War II and will explore the magical communities in Bhutan, Germany and China in addition to previously established locations including Brazil, the United States and United Kingdom. With Grindelwald's power rapidly growing, Albus Dumbledore entrusts Newt Scamander and his friends on a mission that will lead to a clash with Grindelwald's army, and will lead Dumbledore to ponder how long he will stay on the sidelines in the approaching war.

He survived in a tiny Obscurus fragment and was sought out by Grindelwald. He initially believed he was Corvus Lestrange, Leta Lestrange's deceased half-brother. At the end of the second film, however, Grindelwald alleged that his real name is Aurelius Dumbledore and that his brother, Albus, would seek to kill him.
Newt Scamander's older brother who is a dedicated and loyal employee in the British Ministry of Magic. He is famous for the title "war hero" for his excellent show of bravery and generosity in the First World War. He constantly tries to tame Newt into more elegance so that he is better accepted in society. He lost his fiancée Leta Lestrange in September 1927, after she sacrificed herself in Grindelwald's rally in Pere Lachaise, Paris to save the Scamander brothers.
A French Wizard of Senegalese descent and ally of Newt, who previously attempted to kill Credence while believing him to be his former stepfather's son from his second marriage, Corvus Lestrange V.
An extremely influential and powerful wizard in the British Wizarding Community, known in the British Ministry of Magic and throughout the wider wizarding world for his academic brilliance, and a professor of Defence Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He holds a blood pact with Grindelwald, with whom he had a close relationship with as a teenager, preventing them from duelling each other.
An infamous powerful dark wizard who caused mass violence, terror and chaos around the globe, seeking to lead a new Wizarding World Order based on his strong belief in wizarding superiority. He had a close relationship with Dumbledore as a teenager. Mikkelsen replaces Johnny Depp, who portrayed the character in the previous films.[7] On replacing Depp, Mikkelsen noted that it would be a "creative suicide" to copy Depp's or Colin Farrell's portrayals as Grindelwald, having developed his own take on the character, and admitted that a "bridge" should be needed between Depp's performance and his own, having been a fan of Depp since his early films.

Tengok trailer nampak menarik tapi takut jadi macam 2nd movie, trailer pun nampak macam best tapi hampess, boring giler, rasa nak keluar je panggung, tak boleh lupa.
Watak Theseus nampak macam banyak sket dalam 3rd movie ni tapi tak tau ler. Iols ok je diorang ganti JD dgn Mads sbb dia mmg sesuai pun dgn watak2 jahat dan tak kalah pun dgn JD, bersahaja je dia bawak watak2 jahat. Harap tak mengecewakan ler mcm 2nd movie.

Utk peminat HP dan FB mmg awal2 lagi dah tau. JK Rowling dah bgtau (sblm filem FB start lagi) pasal sexual orientation Albus Dumbledore.
I tunggu movie ni keluar kat HBO 30 May ni je. Dah serik tgk kat panggung lepas FB 2 yg boring tahap skala menguap. FB 3 ni kutipan lagi jatuh merudum. Tak tau ler apa jadi dgn 2 sekuel lagi.
