Luar tu ada pembalutnya, Diaper Cover yg kalis air.
Belah dlmnya microfleece inner (atau bamboo klu jenis lain), siap dgn 1 pocket utk masukkan Insert (buat drp microfiber). Biasanya 1 Diaper Cover harus ditukar klu dah basah 2 inserts. Bergantung pd umur anak, insert sepatutnya ditukar dlm masa 2-3 jam sekali. ;)
Cara cucinya mcm pakaian biasa, tapi JANGAN guna sabun yg mengandungi pewangi, peluntur sbgnya. Dlm pasaran tempatan, nampaknya hanya Pureen H-A-D yg paling sesuai. Detergent lain hanya sesuai utk pakaian dewasa.
