Salam, ada cara dia, tapi amat ganas. Awak cari kawasan lapang, baring dan berguling atau "side roll". Kalau awak rasa mcm nak muntah, teruskan sampai muntah. Ada beberapa peringkat:
1.Muntah hijau
2.Muntah kuning
3.Muntah angin
Saya bukan nak main-mainkan awak, tapi cara ini telah di amalkan polis dan tentera sejak dahulu. Segala jenis lemak akan keluar, lemak kfc, lemak mc d, semua sekali. Buat sampai berat turun. |

1. Roti marjerin untuk sarap.Air teh panas. Buat sebelum jam 0830H.
2. Nasi putih lauk ayam untuk tengahhari serta air sirap(tanpa ais).Buat sebelum jam 1430H
3. Nasi putih lauk daging untuk petang, kena makan sebelum jam 1900H. Air teh atau kopi panas.
Malam jangan makan nasi atau benda berat.
Ini menu latihan pasukan pasukan polis dan tentera semasa latihan, kursus. |

Saya pun perut buncit gak..berat pun susah sgt nak turun even mkn in small portion....
