   carik pinggang die lebar, x kire laa suar sepen kerr, suar pendek kerr, mesti ade sume jenis..  lagi satu, try wat senam ringkas yg bleh menegangkan otot perut.. camne nak xplain ekk.. kaki tegak, tapi badan pusing kiri n pusing kanan.. snaman kat skolah dolu2...

rajin2kan diri pegi joging.takyah la tiap2 hari.1 week 2-3 times pon dah ok.sebab bila joging, lemak kat perot tu cam bergoyang2.naik-turun byk kali

Salam, ada cara dia, tapi amat ganas. Awak cari kawasan lapang, baring dan berguling atau "side roll". Kalau awak rasa mcm nak muntah, teruskan sampai muntah. Ada beberapa peringkat:

1.Muntah hijau
2.Muntah kuning
3.Muntah angin

Saya bukan nak main-mainkan awak, tapi cara ini telah di amalkan polis dan tentera sejak dahulu. Segala jenis lemak akan keluar, lemak kfc, lemak mc d, semua sekali. Buat sampai berat turun.

Reply 112# lolen  Tapi makan kena jaga, kalau menu hari latihan:

1. Roti marjerin untuk sarap.Air teh panas. Buat sebelum jam 0830H.
2. Nasi putih lauk ayam untuk tengahhari serta air sirap(tanpa ais).Buat sebelum jam 1430H
3. Nasi putih lauk daging untuk petang, kena makan sebelum jam 1900H. Air teh  atau kopi panas.

Malam jangan makan nasi atau benda berat.

Ini menu latihan pasukan pasukan polis dan tentera semasa latihan, kursus.

die dpt turunkn brt 50-60kg dlm tempoh 6bln!!!!
dietnye mudah nk ikut tp payah...
kene singkirkan karbohidrat.
dan biarkan lemak yg dok tido td,bkerja keras.

Saya pun perut buncit gak..berat pun susah sgt nak turun even mkn in small portion....
Nak tanya pendapat kawan2 forum..
Antara diet low karbo ngan diet low kalories mana lagi berkesan untuk turunkan berat badan?Saya jarang senaman...just anggap buat kerja2 rumah sebagai workout juga...boleh gitu?
