hello darlings ctsue, ariys & aini. sorry tak dpt jumpa hari tu. mcm2 hal berlaku so my hols agak busy.
adik i baru tunjuk ctsue punye message kat fon dia. i guna fon dia masa cuti & slalu takde credit. ye la, kat m'sia tu rasanye takde sapa pon i nak call/ contact coz dah dekat dgn famiily.
oh ye ctsue, i try cari ur user name kat fb, tak jumpa. u guna user name apa kali ni?
insyaAllah, next year i cuti hopefully boleh jumpa. hopefully cuti i next year panjang sket & byk free time.
now tgh busy menurunkan badan balik kat sini. baju kerja now byk tak muat. naya aaa nak start balik monday ni. i skang senaman 1hr daily plus tukar gaya makan sejak balik sini kelmarin.
dah hilang 2kg so far. agak2 boleh tak turun agi 3kg by monday 19/12/11 ni?

aku mmpunyai ketinggian 142cm,berat 47kg..
ikotkn mmg la ok la kot nye...
p masalah aku cuma peha,pinggul n lengan..
adohhhh mmng degil toi 3 menda nih..
aku slalu jogging taw brjln turun naek fly over kt umh aku...
p masih lom dpt kepuasn lg..huhuhuhu |

dah beberapa hari rasa nak demam, tp today yg aiyo..satu hari panas..dah berapa gelen air dah minum, tak larat kuar masuk toilet..
anyway, bab makan..hmmmm..this time around, sgt2 susah okay..hahahhah

semalam berjaya gak workout slpas minggu lepas lgsung tk workout due to hectic+ sakit lutut
semalam just buat : bfbm by jillian 3 circuits..almost half one hour |

i nowadays dok meroyan atas treadmill..lebih kurang selang sehari or ikut mood, i will start with JM first, then baru naik treadmill..kalau weekends tu, i akan ikut tv la kat lifestyle channel 706..ada carribean workout la..brazilian dance..ada JM also..best gak..pastu rasa cam nak mati..hahahhah
i this time around, workout lebih sbb i dh gemuk balik, but i am still struggling with food intake..i think baru one week ni stable...baru lps period gak..
sbb byk buat cardio, butt pun dah cam takde..so kena buat squats la pulak lebih.. |

start hrnie nak back on track semula
dulu almost lost near to 10 kg sebab buat JM + jaga sgt makan
so skang nak buat lik program...makan nasi mcm biasa tapi hadkan pengambilan kepada sekali sehari dan try pilih lauk yang sihat
here my menu and workout routine for today
morning breakie= 1 mug HL low fat milk, 1 wholemeal toast with tuna spread
lunch= makan kat luar..mintak semangkuk sup sayur...dgn nasi goreng siam(yang nie gaak unhealthy) luckily sibuk ratah sayur..so perut dh kenyang..makn nasi half jahs...selamat
WORKOUT= 2 sets of ZUZANA HOT ABS with 4lb dumbbell followed by 1 minute of jumping jacks
dinner at 1030 pm= homemade frittata(2 wholemeal+ egg+ bawnag grg+ basil+ fishball)
kalau lapar malam nie minum susu jerk kot |

i still love my food! takde la sampai skip meals. cuma my food now smaller portion with first meal of the day kena seimbang & big enuf. then byk fruits, vegies, & minum air.
baru now summer sini panas yg best. dah middle of summer dah. kalau tak ujan, mendung, sejuk manjang. summer apa tu.
bleh la bersenaman di luar now, cuaca sangat membahagiakan. terpaksa ketepikan sket sket my baby eliptical tu (cian dia.. hehehhe).

hi semua. rasanya lama sungguh tak masuk sini. Dulu2 aktif kat sini masa tahun 2009 10kg turun. sekarang dah lemau. badan dah naik sesangat. Lagi2 sekrang dah kena Rheumatoid Arthritis, kena makan steroid lah..then stop amik ubat yg ada steroid, ckrg bergantung dgn celebrex. Disebabkan sakit RA ni kena kat kaki, jd skrg payah skit nak workout mcm dulu2 dgn JM nya, Kick Boxing lah..baru2 ni cuba kayuh elliptical perlahan2. Bila sakit stop.
Insyaallah bulan 1 ni akan cuba gigihkan diri untuk exercise semula..mulakan dengan elliptical. Akan cuba control diet seperti dulu2 masa aktif kat sini. |

dami nak share sikit cite dami jugak,wlaupun tak hardcore mcm korang.dami start walking 3 times a week since 6 months ago.tapi takla konsisten sgt,kekadang ade ngelat jugak.makan lak kadang2 jage,kadang2 ngelat.so far dh turun 5 kg.slow but consistent penurunan die.maklumla dami buat tu very brisk,pace biase je
after ni determined nak start HIIT for 3 months.pecut 3 minit,jalan 1 minit.ulang2 sampai setengah jam hari2 insyaAllah.sbb dami takde kompite kat umah nak buat JM or nak folo video2 tu sume.doakan dami berjaya.sbb 3 bulan ni dami nak target lose another 5 kgs |

hebat tu...leh turun 5kg in 6 months....I pun baru start walking bout a lil more than month kot...try to do it atleast 3x a week...not sure brapa yg turun...my weight 50kg, tapi recently psl makan some pills yg doktor kasi, berat I naik to 53kg....now dah turun to 51kg...I try jaga makan jugak...tapi takde lah control sgt...hope to turunkan smp 48kg... |

kenapa bulan 7? ..i kalu 45kg nanti my bmi will be 18...karang kurus sgt....kalu 48, bmi 19...sedang elok jer...hehe...btw good luck...hope tercapai hasrat u... |
