Jom kongsi2 cara nak besarkan lagi badan or lengan..Camner nak bentuk 6 pack or V shape dgn cpt....
Supplement/protein ape korg amek yg berkesan???
Makanan yg sure krg avoid sbb nak jaga badan.. korg ngap x mknan bergoreng and minuman bersusu mcm teh tarik?

aku pergi gym 5 kali seminggu..2 hari utk recover dan average sejam setengah setiap kali sesi..

nak kate kaki gym tu takdela...tapi since aku amalkan pergi selalu so jadi rutin...kalau tak pergi lame rase mcm lesu je badan

aku still dlm period nak build strength dan lose few kilos...so basically rutin aku 45-50 minit untuk upper body workout...biasenye 2 sets of 25 reps (per set) utk satu section...untuk lower body aku just buat thigh sets dgn pelvic 2 sets/25 reps..lepas tu bantai kardio kt treadmill setengah jam...

aku tak makan supplement dan takde nak micro-manage calories intake..makan macam biase just aku control...kalau dulu nasi satu pinggan, la neh aku ambik separuh je..

tak mustahil nak dapat toned body dgn diet makanan melayu...just kena tau managed dan balance kan dgn workout

takde masalah utk org melayu dpt kan tubuh badan yg fit.bukan nak show off,tp sekadar kongsi cerita.
dulu masa sekolah menengah,aku seorg pelajar yg kategori obesiti.tinggi 176cm dgn berat 110kg.
masuk form 5,aku mula menjaga badan.tp aku mula dgn perlahan2 dulu.first aku kurangkan pengambilan makan aku.kalau dulu,makan 2 pinggan nasi time dinner and lunch.bila dah kurangkan,aku kurangkan ke setengah pinggan.
aku pun mula bersenam.mula2 tu main badminton dulu.
bila dah lama2 baru start joging.
alhamdulillah sekarang aku berat aku 85kg.
pernah gak turun sampai 80kg.tp tak jaga makan punya pasal,naik balik.
sekarang dalam usaha nak cantikkan badan.pergi gym 3 minggu sekali.
aku taknak badan mcm sazali samad or malek nor.
cukup la nampak smart mcm ady putra,fizo omar or aaron aziz.

Pastu aku nekad nak kurus... aku diet giler babeng x makan nasi....
Exercise 6 jam sehari....
Hampir setahun.. masuk je umur 18 aku kurus balik =)
Hilang separuh kilo smpai diorang panggil aku tengkorak... Pulokk dah...


Now badan aku mmg mcm Aaron Aziz (perasan...)
Tp aku nak jadikan mcm Sazali Samad kui3

well same here guys...

aku dulu plak toned sbb active lifestyle..ye la, muda lagi kan time tu...metabolisme pun tinggi...mase tu aku gelak je org2 yg workout ni dan aku bragging gila pasal aku mkn byk mane pun body aku still maintain...

sampaila umur aku 27...berat aku mendadak naik sampai 110kg (tinggi aku 173-175cm)....bila tgk gambar aku benci gila dgn body-image smpi aku jadi sgt vain...takle tgk cermin sbb aku benci gile bila tgk self-image yg gemok...in a way aku jadi depressed...bila dah depressed, aku turned to things yg buat aku happy...makan..

so makan banyak gila...sampaila medical checkup...doktor tu cakap kalau aku keep up dgn lifestyle macam ni, aku expect utk kena heart-attack mase umur 40 tahun dan high possibility kena stroke mase umur 50...kot la aku sempat hidup..

so starting last year...aku pick up gym membership...benda yg dulu aku cakap gay..skrg aku jilat balek air ludah aku..ha ha...so skrg ni aku dah turun 83kg and counting...

aku takde berat ideal as aku difahamkan bila workout muscle akan expand dan tulang memanjang..so that adds to weight..so the only measurement aku ialah cermin...as long i like what i see in the mirror that's good enough for me..

mmg tipu la kalau aku cakap aku takde impian nak body cam celebrity...so yeah...kalau boleh aku nak dpt body mcm Ryan Gosling...call me gay dude but that guy got one fit body...
