    One thing ko kena ingat, no pain no gain. Plus, ko x bole dpt instant result. Kena tunggu and selalu tgk gambar2 lelaki yg ada badan 6 six pack. Bukan gay cuma nak bagi perangsang je. Aku kalau dah start malas tu, aku tgk gambo Bernando Velasco sebab aku nak body macam dia. Hehehe...

aku paling tak suka gym.. maybe because gym workout is not fun at all.  robotic and monotonous.  but i like sports.. i like football.. tennis. swimming.. ping pong.. takraw.. etc.. its more fun doing sport to workout.

ada sesetengah orang motivation dia gile punya tinggi...dia sorang2 je boleh train disiplin punya...
tapi ramai je yg takder motivasi tinggi macam tu, macam aku ni...ada satu tips dgn internet ni...apa kata kau buat macam adala...pengguna internet tu..dia upload gambar dia yg obes tu. hehehe....lepas tu dia cakap dia nak upload lagi dalam satu tempoh...
katala sebulan ke...
mau tak motivated, dah celen nak letak gambar progress nanti...
Forum macam ni ke, training ground best la..tambah dah lama berforum...orang pun kenal..walaupun sekadar username...
Blog pun boleh jugak...letak je gambar sebelum, pastu boleh cerita apa kau makan dan exercise. Mungkin orang akan bagi suggestion-bagus. Mungkin jugak ada troll yg mengutuk- pun bagus. Boleh jadi cabaran.
Bila ada push factor...macam mana pun kita akan buat punya!

saya nak kongsi abg saya yang kaki gym jela..apa yang saya nampak.. dia takla jaga makan sangat. maksudnya makan sikit ke apa ke..sbb dia kalau makan nasik tengok menimbun jugak. ayam ambik sekali 2 keping konsep dia..dia kata biar makan banyak asalkan burn balik semua fat2 tu.. tapi pagi2 dia amalkan makan 10 biji telur ayam putih (yang bahagian kuning dia buang), then consume produk yang untuk bina badan tu. lepas tu setiap petang/malam kalau tak gi gym, dia akan buat outdoor activities cycling ke, running or swimming. memang 6 pack la..

aku lagi suka develope kekuatan berbanding bentuk badan. dulu aku ade pergi gym untuk train fighting cam mma punya gym tu. tapi dulu la. ingat cam nak continue balik tapi takde mase la.

suka gym for the classes. tapi mcm u kata la bila nak buat resistance training kat section weightlifting tu kadang2 ramai sgt lelaki.. kdg2 buat dono tapi kdg2 cam segan pulak. so i prefer using resistance band and dumbbell kat rumah untuk toning. pergi gym for the classes je .

diorang tak buat squats kot. i pun kalau buat squats atau yg kena lipat or bukak sana sini selesa buat kat rumah. tak selesa buat squats dikelilingi lelaki 10 org yg dok curi2 perati

da g gym dkt 3 bln...nk kata brt trn xpun..jarum penimbang tu kat situ jer..stress tgk..tp yg peliknye bebudak ofis ckp bdn mcm da susut..n yg peliknye ukuran pun xberubah lgsg..sm jer...
tp bab makan mmg xder contol pun..kekeke...

betullah tu....otot takkan membesar klau tak ckup zat (karb, protien dll)....tp jgn plak dah mkn bertimbun2 tp kalori tu disimpan dalam bdan....tu la yg badan jd bnyak lemak....

normal la tu....sebab bila train, lemak akan hilang, otot akan membesar....berat lemak yg hilang tu digantikan dgn berat otot jd badan nmpak slim tp berat mcm sebelum tu jgak...
