Snow White And The Huntsman Actor To Play Finnick Odair In The Hunger Games Sequel?
So, everyone wants to know who is the lucky actor who snagged the role of Finnick Odair in The Hunger Games. It’s Sam Claflin! Not quite confirmed yet, but close. Variety reports both Lionsgate and the twenty-six-year-old actor are ready to put pen to paper for the coveted role in Catching Fire.
Lionsgate has however remained tight-lipped over this issue, refusing to confirm or deny it. In Suzanne Collins’ best-selling trilogy, Finnick is a former Hunger Games winner who befriends Katniss Everdeen at the Quarter Quell and plays a prominent role in her post-Games life.
A slew of Hollywood actors, from the well established to the up-and-coming ones have been linked to this role. Both Battleship and Twilight stars, Taylor Kitsch and Robert Pattinson have brought the speculation on their part to rest by denying any attachment. Other names including Armie Harmer, Grant Gustin and Garrett Hedlund have been mentioned but to no definite confirmation.
With Sam’s prolific roles in several major commercial successes – Snow White and Pirates Of The Carribean: At World’s End – he looks to be the front-runner for the much hyped about role. Are you game to see Sam Claflin in the second instalment?

The Battle Royal with Cheese jokeis making fun of the Hunger Games and also Burger King becauseoverseas, a Quarter Pounder is called a "Royale with cheese" instead ofQP. And there was a similar to the Hunger Games story set in Japancalled "Battle Royale" that people think The Hunger Games was rippedoff of (and some people like it better because it has more violence.)And the royale with cheese line was also a famous line in the moviePulp Fiction. So "Battle Royal with Cheese."
