btw nak share tips: kalau bleh makan pagi before 9am, makan lah ape2 pon. nasi lemak 2 bungkus ke roti canai ke. xkesah. but before 9am yer. lunch like normal lah nasik n lauk but make sure makanan xde yg berlemak n minyak sgt. mlm sblom pkul 7pm dinner. kalau lapa mlm2 mcm iols nih, makan ler buah epal ke pisang ke. jgn ikut iols..kdg2 mlm2 goreng nasik or makan maggi.. kikiki..
kalau bleh tdo awal so that xlapa mlm2 hehehehe. gudluck TT. |

just nak tanye TT.. TT dah ada baby belom? bukan ape..ada sorg staf tmpt keje i ni die ada problem cam TT n disuruh oleh doctor supaya kurgkan berat badan utk preggy..tp die pilih cara tak sehat iaitu makan produk2 kesihatan ni..dan tanpa sedar, die preggy..dan die still makan produk2 tu..bile dah confirm preggy baru die stop....kesannye....baby die meninggal beberapa second selepas dilahirkan..doc bgtau mgkn kesan dr produk diet yg die ambil masa early stage of pregnancy...
diet la secara sehat. kesan produk diet ni berbeza mengikut tubuh badan seseorg..yg penting jaga pemakanan, bersenam dan amalkan puasa sunat utk rehatkan perut..dan istiqamah yer...all the best... |

berat dia menjadi2 naik tu sbb dia dah kurangkan portion giler2 masa bulan puasa
ada risiko:
1. metabolisme dia dah turun
sebab tu bila dia start balik makan macam biasa atau banyak makan, berat jadi naik mendadak
sebab tu kalau nak diet, tak boleh extreme sgt, slow2 takpe janji kita boleh maintain dgn diet plan tu seumur hidup
bab nak telan herbalife saja seumur hidup semata2 confirm tak praktikal |

aku sarankan ko berpuasa di luar negara masa bulan summer,nak dekat raya ko balik la Msia confirm kurus TT.jgn makan ubat2 kurus ni.bukan semua menjadi.lepas pukul 6pm tak payah ler makan2 lagi.kunci pintu dapur tu.
exercise,minum air suam lebih sket.don't skip yr breakfast.nanti metabolisme jadi slow.

petua aku:
-bersenam setiap hari, 20-30 minit setiap kali
-kurangkan makan nasi, roti dan yg berkarbohidrat
-banyakkan protein dan buah-buahan/sayur-sayuran
-makan bijirin eg.oats so that boleh tahan kenyang dalam jangka masa yg lebih lama, boleh jugak rendahkan kolestrol
-banyakkan minum air.. kalau kurang air, nanti badan tak boleh nak bakar calorie makanan yg dah dimakan.
-ambil breakfast, lunch dan dinner seperti biasa.. dont skip meals
-tapi jangan makan berlebihan, makan sekadar perlu
-makan bila lapar je, jangan ambil snacks between meals
-jangan tak makan, sebab bila selalu tahan lapar, metabolisme badan akan slows down dan menyebabkan badan cepat naik
-jangan makan herba2 dan ubatan yg tidak dipastikan keselamatannya
saya amalkan, dan berat badan boleh turun slowly, tidak secara drastik.. itu lagi baik,, tapi sekarang dah kurang bersenam, badan dah naik balik.. fuhhh |

Salam TT.. sedikit info untuk dikongsi bagi langkah mengurangkan berat badan.
1. Dapatkan bacaan BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate - BMR) anda
(BMR untuk Perempuan : = 655 + (9.6 x berat in kg) + (1.8 x tinggi in cm) - (4.7 x umur in tahun)
2. Dapatkan bacaan DCR anda.
Duduk BMR x 1.2
(kurang atau tiada senaman, kerja di meja)
Aktiviti Ringan BMR x 1.375
(senaman ringan/bersukan 1-3 hari/minggu)
Aktiviti Sederhana BMR x 1.55
(senaman sederhana/bersukan 3-5 hari/minggu)
Sangat Aktif BMR x 1.725
(senaman berat/bersukan 6-7 hari/minggu)
Terlebih Aktif BMR x 1.9
(senaman berat setiap hari/bersukan dan latihan fizikal
atau 2x sehari seperti pelumba maraton)
3. Dah dapat bacaan keperluan kalori untuk satuhari.. jangan ambil lebih kalori dari yang diperlukan.
4. Cepatkan proses pembakaran kalori dengan bersenam (optional)
Kenalpasti keperluan kalori untuk satuhari baru rancang pengambilan jumlah makanan untuk satu hari..
