Anyway, The market seems to survive the weekend and public holiday in quite an impressive manner.... I'm really impressed...

While I'm adjusting my mental and thinking to the current market's movement, I guess, the better time to make any decision will be during the afternoon session, if the market does not show any weakness. Last thing I want to happen is to let myself to chase up a stock and buy at the top....

Well... The market doesn't quite make it till the final hour yesterday.... So, the strategy should be changed.... Now is the time to watch whether the market is going to Breakout the previous High, or Breakdown. In another word, it's waiting time... again...

I think, what happen yesterday was that Sellers jump in to liquidate. What we have to observe is whether the Seller is going to overwhelm the Buyers or not...

Hmmm.... the market breaks out quite impressively.... during the morning session... Come afternoon session, selling pressure dropped in like a bomb...

How do I feel... I feel funny....

The market does not acting right. When the market is not acting right, I'm not acting at all....

Good news is, most major bourses did show a good bullish trend. However, I think I'll be more comfortable on Monday...

I've decided to discount the market figure on the 2/9/2004. The market movement that day was due to the euphoria of a local event, and a very short one indeed. Counting that single event in distorted my view on the overall market.

This does not come often...

Without 2/9 figure, the market seems to steadily built up. I still have to watch how things developed.

The market seems to try to absorb the Selling. Yesterday and today will be for the frustrated contra players to liquidate. Id the incoming Buyers overwhelm the Seller, we may have a Bullish trend. Otherwise, the market will take a plunge.

So, it is more important now to watch closely, does the volume are on the Buyers' side or is it on the Seller's.... Whoever stronger, follow them.

I think, the market is now positioned to make a strong move. It seems to me that the young bull has gathered strength. Unless it is going to get killed by heavy Selling pressure, it will survive, at least for a short -term swing.

However, it would be advisible to watch the market throughout the morning session, and decide only during the final hour. Remember, today is T3 for those who nose-dived the market on 3/9.... Though some Selling had been done during afternoon session yesterday, more may continue today...

The market was reacting well to the Jakarta bombing. Not only Bursa Malaysia, but all major bourses as well. I guess, it was a hiccup that was quickly swallowed.

Monitor the Monday morning market to access the strength of the market. If the market is well supported bu Buyers, consider to reenter during the afternoon session. That also means, spend more time during this weekend to do some research for potential counters to enter.

baru2 ni kita boleh tgk ada several counters yg naik cam tnb, telekom etc.. esp glc ...i heard that there were incoming funds from outside since the glc ni sume ada pegi hong kong buat briefing to investors...they gave clear signal to the investors that the glcs are currently in the process of restructuring and they are expected to be better in the near future
and currently investors pun realised yg market kat msia should be trading at higher level..so hopefully by next year market kat msia can reach higher and higher..

Thanks for the tips. Nora rasa, road-show yang BM buat tu memang bagus la untuk memperkenalkan BM pada pelabur luar. Yang penting, BM kena jelaskan dan bagi jaminan yang Malaysia tak akan freezekan duit diorang macam yang kita buat tahun 1997 dulu. Pelabur luar cuma takut yang tu jer....


Begitupun, just be careful of the current market trend. Sekarang ni, hingga mungkin 2 minggu lagi, market will most lightly be bearish.....
